dream log 63

i woke up around 7 or 8 in the morning and decided that was too early to be awake so i went back to sleep.

i think at first i was dreaming about

these two, a wolf, and some other animal in a campsite - let's call him a bunny, because why not - there's a wolf and a bunny who are best friends, have been for a long time. but they've been fighting for a long, long time, and the wolf has been hungry for a long, long time.

he tries to eat the bunny,

but the bunny holds up his arms to defend himself and is like, "wait! please! i love you too much for this! please," he cries, "please..."

the wolf stops. "then, what then? i cannot starve here."

his compatriot gives him a long, thoughtful glance with his arms folded. he opens his mouth to speak --

-- and suddenly, the wolf's on another island entirely. this campsite looks very much like the place where he and his bunny friend were fighting, but very different. the entire campsite is all his own, and he can do however on it. he looks very relaxed with his... family? his son. but he's not happy, because his best friend isn't and can't be here.

he sighs, "this is for the best."

then it's another dream, of these two people - i think one was john quincy adams, don't even ask me why - and he was following the guy who needed to save a nearby pioneer town, through the forest and mountains, and following a river. the guy was likely, uhh... let's say, george washington.

john quincy adams was deeply in love with him and kept imploring him to stop, even for just a moment, so he could profess his love to george washington.

"please! please stop!"

"where do you think we are going?" he gave him a scornful look. "i have a town to save. we cannot waste time on any tomfoolery."

"yes, but--"

then it's yet another dream, and i feel like this one had a ton of bunnies in it. i remember we were fighting each other, then we look up and a girl has transformed into a huge bunny person, but she looks more like the bunnies from Hello Kitty. the person i'm fighting is also a bunny person and she just GROWS and starts fighting this other giant bunny person and i have no idea what was even going on
