  1. Better communication between SMT and SLT
  2. Community Managers being engaged with the staff team
  3. Staff Managers not fucking about with issueing strikes
  4. Staff Managers not overturning every strike SLT gives
  5. Repentz being more active and engaged and actually needs to be open to ideas given by SMT / SLT
  6. Having more trust in SA's and HA's to do stuff on their own
