Flowing Raiment **** (Moonsilver Silken Armor)

A dress made from carefully woven moonsilver, the Flowing Raiment was designed by the great solar artist, Azure Starfall Odalisque for her lover, the Bearer of Blood and Amaranth. The moonsilver weave is paired with shimmering silks that bend and reshape as easily as the wearer does. When the usurpation came the garb was claimed by one of the children of Hesiesh, however the dress would change hands many times, and would one day go missing from the wardrobe where it sat unloved and unworn, passed on to a new wearer, Velvet Words Playing on Heartstrings. The dress remains lovely, fashionable, and functional.

This garb counts as exceptional equpiments for all socialize rolls that would benefit from proper attire. As Silken Armor, the Flowing Raiment does not count as armor for the purposes of martial arts.

The influence attempt ignores the penalty for multiple targets and gains essence automatic successes. If the attempt is successful, the wearer instills the observers with a minor negative tie towards the individual who attempted to influence her.
