Dragon Arts OP Full

Dragon Arts is an Unofficial Dragonball TTRPG using the same framework as Pax Cybertronia with its own unique mechanics compared to those. The focus is on mixing high-speed combat and player customization with narrative and roleplaying to emulate the Dragonball experience.

Main features:
>6 Playable races with their own unique abilities, bonuses, transformations, and a template to easily make more
>Several transformations, both for specific races and generic ones any race can take
>Fusion mechanics
>Minor Abilities, small boosts that you can take with a template for making your own easily
>The ability to construct custom Super and Ultimate techniques using Components, traits such as areas of effect, range distances, bonus damage, additional effects, and more. Super Techniques are flashy moves like the Kamehameha or Gallick Gun that get a bonus to Accuracy and Damage, while Ultimate Moves are game-changers, powerful moves that gain an even greater bonus to Accuracy and Damage but can only be used once per session.
