❃ ┇ RELATIONSHIP: she doesn't know him, but seongwoo is always observing her from a distance since they both go to the same school. he notices how she's always laughy and jokey when she's with her friends, but when she's by herself she always looks empty and miserable. he accidentally follows her into the past and she recognises him since they have classes together.

       BEGIN: they're just classmates who have done a few projects together, but they've never contacted one another outside of school. he knows a lot about her, unintentionally coming off creepy.
       MIDDLE: when they're in the past, he's always bugging her with questions, wondering why they're in the past in the first place. she's annoyed by him and wishes that he would just be quiet. but although he's annoying, he always helps her out and makes sure she stays safe and doesn't get caught by her adopted parents.
       END: she realises that he isn't as bad as she thought him to be and they both start getting along well and work well together. although he can get annoying sometimes, but she's used to it.

❃ ┇ RAINY DAY / SUNNY DAY: in the end she finds out about where her real parents are staying. it turns out that she only has a mother and she finds the house that she's staying in which is quite run down and looks as if it's rotting away. she knocks several times, but when there's no answer she enters the house despite seongwoo's protests. they find the first floor empty so they head upstairs. all the bedrooms are empty, but when they enter the bathroom, she finds that her mother had hung herself, leaving behind a note that was meant for her daughter but she never received it.

❃ ┇ SUGGESTED SCENES: maybe a scene where they're in the past in a cafe and the two are silently just drinking their drinks, but the curiosity is killing seongwoo. he's desperate to know how they're in the past and she's reluctant, but tells him everything unintentionally. he listens to her every word and realises how lonely she is. he promises to never leave her side even when they do return to the future.
also a scene where he calls her yeonnie for the first time and she's flustered because no one has ever called her that and despite the fact that she acts annoyed by it, she secretly loves it and realises that seongwoo genuinely is sweet and kind. she realises for the first time that she isn't alone either and she starts crying, making seongwoo flustered thinking it was because of the nickname, but she just shakes her head and hugs him, thanking him.
