  16. - Please do not put delivery during the weekend. Reception of your packs on weekends is often not possible due to the peculiarities of the Western mentality.

  20. Duration of life drops
  21. - The minimum lifetime of a drop is 2 months. This term refers to a one-time drop contract, and the contract may be extended to six months or more. Premature "death" of a drop (before the end of the contract) cannot be considered as the responsibility of the service.

  23. Basic statuses of drops
  24. Going to die - exhibited in the last week of work. Sends his latest packs, send new ones only as a last resort and by prior agreement. If a parcel arrives at a drop when it has this status, the service is not responsible for it, but it will, on its part, make every effort to pull it out.
  25. Ready - passed the test, ready to go.
  26. NEW - is being tested, successfully sent no more than 5 packs. When drop ,successfully sent 5 packs goes to the status “Ready”.
  27. Busy is not recommended sending, because the drop is fully occupied and / or does not have the ability to receive and forward your pack. Receipt of packs added to a drop in this status is not guaranteed, the service is not responsible for it, but it will make every effort for your package to be accepted.
  28. Suspicious - any questions in the work. It is not recommended sending packs before returning to the “Ready” status.

  34. - Packs received by a drop with the “NEW” status are paid for more than 5% of the list;

  64. Package cost and payout
