The Genesis Complex is without a doubt the grandest building within Borealis. A behemoth of a tower, it stands tall over the entire city, proof of how far humanity has come since the great tragedy that befell everyone twenty-two years ago. Perhaps the greatest mystery in its creation is just how quickly it was created given the scope of it's size, but most of the citizens pay it no mind.

The Genesis Complex boasts the largest library in all of the civilized world. Of course, because Borealis is also the largest (and presumably only) civilized city in the world, that might have little merit to some. However, step inside the first level and one will immediately realize that this is no shortage on books that have been salvaged. Hundreds of thousands of books all neatly organized and categorized, each treated with love and care by the librarians who work there.

To students at the academy, there is quite possibly no place better to study due to the guarantee any books that they'll be looking far can be found there, as well as the quiet atmosphere. There is a seperate section in the library made for studying because of this.

Climb the tower and different branches of government offices are what will greet you. Higher levels become more and more restricted. Still, for the most part, people are able to meet representatives of their government as long as they schedule an appointment in advance, though not necessarily the actual head of said department.

The top most floor is completely restricted, aside from the Six Figures of Borealis who govern the city and the Prime Minister herself. Not even security personnel are authorized to traverse the building's peak floor.
