- About 5 years ago I started doing this little mental trick... if there was some small thing I needed to do I just counted to 3 in my head and did it. Stuff like "1,2,3: put on my workout clothes", "1,2,3: empty the dishwasher", "1,2,3: answer that email", "1,2,3: turn the TV off".
- I promised myself that every "1,2,3" would be something I could achieve in less than 10 minutes, and that I would never fail to do something once I finished the countdown. I was amazed at how many of life's problems were solved by overcoming those little moments of inertia during the day.
- My level of motivation before and after that shift was night and day. It made a huge different in my health, career, financial state, etc. I know it probably sounds silly, but my life made a massive and quick change for the better once I adopted this strategy.

- #1: I worked out 3-4 times a week and took SARMS and testosterone. I've experimented with both of them, and I only take them in VERY REASONABLE doses. I will never do any steroids other than testosterone, and I won't be using SARMS again because test is so much better
- #2: I applied minox to my face twice a day for a year straight. Gave me a sick ass beard
- #3: I got a big ol' tattoo on my chest
- #4: I got a baller haircut, and get it cut every 1-2 weeks minimum

- #7: I cleaned up my diet and eat lots of greek yogurt and kale shakes
- #8: I've started a skin care routine with black Nubian soap, coconut oil for my body, and hyaluronic acid for my face and neck
- #9: All the style changes I made that you can't see in this photo. Clothing. Good looking and in-style clothing. Edgy.
- #10: I keep my body hair and facial hair carefully trimmed at all times. I pretty much do it every day.

- #9: All the style changes I made that you can't see in this photo. Clothing. Good looking and in-style clothing. Edgy.
- #10: I keep my body hair and facial hair carefully trimmed at all times. I pretty much do it every day.
