new job so far has a fair bit of down time that i'm enjoying. my commute to the office is a literal 2 minute walk to the building in front of my building. i'm learning the campus culture, schedule, and politics and it seems like i'll have plenty of time to stream. the only time in which i may not have time to stream would be when i have on-call responsibilities since i'd have to cut stream at any moment in order to respond to, whatever. however that won't be for a bit until i get fully trained up and such. my work hours end at 4:30pm everyday, so that's when i'll be able to stream

my speed plans are sort of changing? i'm basically being an idiot and thinking about running 2D platformers again instead of continuing to drop everything and focus on vampire bloodlines

i'm going to try and cut the 47 with nosferatu because it's very doable. 45 or a high 44 is what i'm seeing as an end game goal? i don't really know, i need to reinvestigate the route and try and find a hollywood skip for the hundredth time. however, i also need to stream all quests routing because it helps me focus. i'm stuck between furthering any% and finishing the first edition route for all quests

i'm thinking about running castlevania games again. i don't know why it seems so appealing to me; again, i'm being an idiot. i've tried nes castlevania, super 4, chronicles, and rondo of blood and never finished learning any of them. can someone just help me eliminate this desire to run platformers???

cause i also kinda wanna improve my nes metroid time since talk of it and run during lurkathon went better than expected despite still dying. or ill finish learning nes castlevania? i shouldn't do either of those things but i'm considering it

at least the internet speeds i was getting last weekend (8mb u/d) has not worsened with the arrival of the students. i'll probably settle my bitrate down from the max a little bit, like 3k? i don't know if that's more accommodating or just makes the stream looks worse
