  1614.
1615. - I can FLY anywhere! Is this a bug?
1616. * This is by design. Only a few places are not available by default.
  1617.
1618. - I went to X area and the levels are too high/low!
1619. * Wild data does not scale. This is intentional.
  1620.
  1621. - Move Reminder?
1622. * Johto - In the Move Deleter's house in Blackthorn City
  1623.
1624. - Do the E4 scale with badges? Do they get a buff when you get all 16 badges?
1625. * No! They do get a buff after getting beat. They only have two sets just like in Vanilla Crystal.
  1626.
1627. - Can this rom be randomized?
1628. * No, this isn't compatible with randomizers and there are no plans for making it so.

  1630. [hms.txt]
  1631. HM changes:
  1632.
1633. - HM moves no longer require badges to be used outside of battle
  1634.
1635. - HMs are available in both regions, with the exception of Whirlpool and Waterfall
  1636.
1637. - NPCs will give you the HMs if you have enough badges
  1638.
1639. - Badge requirements are different per region to encourage traveling between the two
  1640.
1641. - Since most blocking cut trees have been removed, cut is only used for shortcuts and secrets
  1642.
1643. - Fly can be used to fly between the two regions directly (press left/right on the fly map)
1644. - Having visited an area is no longer a requirement to fly to it
1645. * Indigo Plateau and New Cinnabar Island however must be visited at least once.

  2335. Event Progression:
2336. The required software will be available for download at Tournaments as of the posting of this announcement. Participants are required to download it in advance, don't wait for the event date. Connection tests will be required of participants before the event date. (Info below under Schedule)
  2337.
2338. The default controls are illustrated at Tournaments: How to Play. Do NOT adjust your settings. Any issues during the event caused by customization or modification of settings will be the user's responsibility and may result in penalties for delaying or disrupting the event proceedings.
  2339.
2340. Questions about how to play with the software that don't have to do with the event won't be answered. Google will be able to answer them for you, and if using the software in advance you may need to redownload the unmodified version from the site again before the event. It is crucial that all participants have an identical copy, down to almost all settings beyond control configuration.
  2341.
2342. On the day of the event, a Stadium 2 save file will be sent to participants via Discord DM from @Robert Mato, shortly before their turn to compete. Instructions on how to properly install this save file are listed in full at Tournaments: How to Play. This save file is extremely important as it hosts the team you submitted, and is used to keep all participants' games in sync.
  2343.
2344. Matches will be held in a best-of-3 format, single elimination. Each matchup will participate in up to 3 battles, where the first player to win 2 battles wins the match and moves on, while the loser is eliminated from the event. There will be 3 rounds of matches to determine a champion.
