  6. these affects will stack with each other, since they are technically different affects

  8. in order for the passive to be most effective, we must promote critical strike chance

  12. you may increase that critical strike chance by percentages through passives and items

  77. I can also increase my chance of poisoning within a certain time by fitting more attacks in
  78. Since 1 handed attack speed buffs exist all over the passive tree, it would not be feasible or productive for me to analyze the possibility of capturing every one.
  79. I can however, try to focus on increasing attack speed at every convenient opportunity on my way thru the tree
