Rules for Council Members.

Golden Rule: You won't be banned for this, but interact with the group's members. If they think something needs to be changed, bring it up to the rest of the council to debate on.

1. Any choice made by the council members for the rest of the group are to be agreed upon by the majority of the council and the council leader himself.

2. Do NOT ban anyone without the rest of the council's prior knowledge. If a member of the group or council needs to be banned, present all evidence and the decision will be made. Here, everyone, regardless of their accused crime, is innocent until proven guilty. Anyone caught breaking this rule will be banned and blacklisted. You will not be put on the KOS list unless you attack a council member, or any member of the Shields unprovoked.

3. All council members are allowed to form and disband their own squadrons, just inform the council leader so that they can be  put on the squadron list. Do not include flight leaders who are already in a squadron.
