  1. When you're cooking and the recipe says "olive oil", they mean olive oil, not extra virgin olive oil. There's a difference

  3. Extra virgin olive oil is best for salad dressing and dipping your bread in. It will taste bad if you try to cook with it.

  5. When I was like 12 I cooked a grilled cheese in extra virgin olive oil. I thought it would be real fancy. It was actually gross cause the taste of extra virgin olive oil was too strong. So don't make my mistake, and use olive oil that doesn't say "extra virgin" when you cook.
