Half an hour at the optometrist sorting through three different insurance cards to see how I'm covered. I'm supposed to be fully covered but of course there's a fee. And that's just the one I know about. The one I don't know about will come in the mail.

We have world's WORST FUCKING MEDICAL SYSTEM! Everyone else has absurdly simple single payer. We get chiseling, corrupt, screw-out-of-paying insurers. And through-the-roof prices. But our system isn't better due to this hell. Most Western nations also have better health and higher life expectancy.

It's also the fault of both parties. The Dems have Never fought for single payer. From Hillarycare to Obamacare it's alway been collusion with the crooked insurance industry so "donations" can drop into party pockets.

No wonder so many voted for Trump. Our system is rotten to the core. Yeah, I know, he lied and is just as corrupt. But after years of bullshit I guess some went for the lie over the known cheat.
