- Swap slot 4 for X Accuracy in fly menu (3 if early drill)
- Swap slot 4 for Super Repel in pokedoll menu
- Use Ether (slot 2) in Silph instead of Elixir
- Skip picking up Max Ether before Victory Road
- Use Max Ether as normal in Victory Road (use on menu after water)
- Use Elixir after Lorelei instead of Max Ether
- Blizzard Onixes on Bruno

Ether higher slot than elixir in Silph (saves 6 inputs)

(this assumes perfect luck, in a run there are various things that can happen which can make ether faster or slower, so overall it's personal preference. I will go with ether for the extra safety of having more blizzards in E4)
