139. Around 15:00 PM, I was doing my daily night jog around El Corona, the place I love when I was stopped by a man. The man was around 5'8", strong build, African American. Alot bigger and more intimidating than I was. He walked up to me and began speaking, he asked me where I was going. I told him none of his business and tried to keep running but then he grabbed my arm. I tried to push away, but I wasn't able to. He grabbed me, leading me into a alley way. He threw me against one of the dumpsters, and told me to undress. Luckily, I saw a bottle, I grabbed it and smacked it across his head.

143. It was around 2-3 PM, once again I was driving around the streets of Los Santos completing daily tasks like everyone else. Then out of nowhere I get rammed by a Sabre. I pull over, turn on my hazards and step out of the vehicle. The Sabre pulls over in front of me, driving recklessly. Two Hispanic males hop out, the smell of booze following shortly behind them. They began ranting and talking about how I hit them and I need to pay. I told them we'll exchange information and get an officer here. I began to call the cops when one of them quickly pulls out a weapon. He curses at me to put the phone away. He talks about how he can't go back to jail. He walks up to me and pistol-whips me extremely hard. I fell to the ground covering my face and he began to stomping me over and over again. He then looks at his buddy before jumping back into his Sabre. I was able to quickly stand up, staring at them as they drove off. If I had a CCW I could have told them to back off, warning them to stay away, and they wouldn't have touched me.

147. Middle of the day, bright sunny day in Los Santos Grabbed some pizza at Idle-stacks and decided to sit outside because of the beautiful day it was. There was a female, the guys called her Anna. Apparently she had made them mad by smack talking and they began to get in her face. They were slapping and hitting her repeatedly across the face and her body. Eventually they knock her to the ground. My first thought was to call the police, but there was not many on duty at the time, so I took it into my own hands. I walked up to the group and told them to leave her alone. They began to get in my face but I stood my ground. I quickly moved over to the girl and grabbed her arm. Before the group decided to try and assault me, I put her in my car and drove her to the hospital. Now, situations like that won't always be so easy to do. I honestly believe I got lucky when they decided to leave me alone instead of attacking me. It's too common for this stuff to happen for me not to have a CCW, because I love helping people, but next time it wouldn't be so pretty.

151.
152.

153.
The licensee is responsible for all liability for, injury to, or death of any person, or damage to any property which may result through any act or omission of either the licensee or the agency that issued the license. In the event any claim, suit, or action is brought against the agency that issued the license, its chief officer or any of its employees, by reason of, or in connection with any such act or omission, the licensee shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the agency that issued the license, its chief officer or any of its employees from such claim, suit, or action.
154.
155. The licensee authorizes the licensing agency to investigate, as they deem necessary, the licensee’s record and character to ascertain any and all information which may concern his/her qualifications and justification to be issued a license to carry a concealed weapon and release said agency of any and all liability arising out of such investigation.
156.
157. While exercising the privileges granted to the licensee under the terms of this license, the licensee shall not, when carrying a concealed weapon:
158.
159.
• Violate any of the license usage or prohibition criteria guidelines
160. • Consume any alcoholic beverage.
161. • Be in a place having a primary purpose of dispensing alcoholic beverages for on-site consumption.
162. • Be under the influence of any medication or drug, whether prescribed or not.
163. • Refuse to show the license or surrender the concealed weapon to any peace officer upon demand.
164. • Impede any peace officer in the performance of his/her duties.
165. • Present himself/herself as a peace officer to any person unless he/she is, in fact, a peace officer as defined by San Andreas law.
166. • Unjustifiably display a concealed weapon.
167. • Carry a concealed weapon not listed on the permit.
168. • Carry a concealed weapon at times or circumstances other than those specified in the permit.
169.
170. Pursuant to U.S. Government Code – Title 49, Chapter 26, Section 1472(1) and Federal Aviation Regulation 121.583, a license to carry a concealed weapon does not authorize a person to carry a firearm or any dangerous weapon aboard commercial airlines. Further, a person must declare that he/she is carrying such firearm or dangerous weapon BEFORE entering the boarding area of an air terminal where the security checks are made. Such violation can result in arrest by law enforcement.
171.
172. Any violation of these restrictions or conditions may invalidate the CCW license and may void any further use of the license until reinstated by the licensing authority. Any arrest for a felony or serious misdemeanor, including driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, is cause for invalidating the license.
173.
174. -
175.
176. I hereby accept and assume all responsibility and liability for, injury to, or death of any person, or damage to any property which may result through any act or omission of either the licensee or the agency that issued the license. In the event any claim, suit or action is brought against the agency that issued the license, its chief officer or any of its employees, by reason of, or in connection with any such act or omission, the licensee shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the agency that issued the license, its chief officer or any of its employees from such claim, suit, or action.
177.
178. I understand that the acceptance of my application by the licensing authority does not guarantee the issuance of a license and that fees and costs are not refundable if denied. I further understand that if my application is approved and I am issued a license to carry a concealed weapon, that the license is subject to restrictions placed upon it and that misuse of the license will cause an automatic revocation and possible arrest and that the license may also be suspended or revoked at the discretion of the licensing authority at any time. I am aware that any use of a firearm may bring criminal action or civil liability against me.
179.
180. I have read, understand, and agree to the CCW license liability clauses, conditions, and restrictions stated in this Application and Agreement to Restrictions and to Hold Harmless.
