#NextSec - FBI Explanation

This is an explanation behind the emails sent to the FBI by #NextSec. This is a long story, so bare with me. Thank you.

Now, I have an extremely good reason for doing what I did, and also keep in mind, I wasn't the only individual behind what happened. I'm just taking the heat for it because the original conversation talking about sending the emails I was unfortunate not to screenshot it. Didn't think I had to, as I had trusted my old team at that time. But when the emails came out, they all jumped ship and pointed the finger at me as it was my email account that we used to send the emails.

Well, in December 2012 myself and @NextSecBaws (now deactivated) formed #NextSec. We had branched off from our respective teams to do so. He was in #KnightSec and I was in #TeamSt34m. We both had worked extremely close with KYAnonymous aka Deric Lostutter during #OpHuntHunter and #OpWestboro. Well, at that time we witnessed Deric's famefagging and taking 100% credit for the work of others. He took credit for shit that @NextSecBaws, @jackherer20, and UGNazi did during #OpWestboro. He also took credit for shit that @NextSecBaws and @jackherer20 did during #OpHuntHunter. He would take the information that others collected and released, then famefag to the media with said information. Keep in mind, HE contacted the media in both of those operations, not the other way around. Well, @NextSecBaws and myself (creating the account @NextSecOfficial) branched off and created #NextSec, because we were both fed up with the leaders of each of our teams. Our very first operation? Removing Deric from the collective. This operation started in December 2012.

We tried everything, and I mean everything, to remove Deric. We saw the harm he was going to do to the collective. By this time we had recruited @NextSecBaws's girlfriend, @primusdomina. Later on in February 2013 we had recruited @CassandraRules. Anyways, Baws, Primus, and myself had discussed long and hard about emailing the FBI about Deric as a last ditch effort to remove him from the collective. We had all agreed to take this action, no matter the consequences. We foresaw the harm Deric was going to cause to Anonymous, and we were correct. So we agreed to use my email account and we had agreed on what the emails would contain. We had Deric's skype name and all we did was resolve the IP address on the skype account. We then used that IP address to trace Deric's location. Although it didn't come up as being in Winchester, KY where he lived at the time. It came up within 20 miles of where he lived. We then sent them what we had. Keep in mind, this action was NOT the cause of Deric being raided. It was Deric's horrible #OpSec that eventually got him raided. Deric admitted that the emails weren't the cause of the raid, and I have people that can testify to this. The FBI didn't even pay much attention to the emails that we sent them on Deric. These emails were sent right after #OpRollRedRoll started in Steubenville.

I want people to realize that what we did was an attempt to remove this bad seed from Anonymous. We foresaw that he would eventually ruin the collective and give us a bad name, which ended up being true. These emails were already exposed in April 2013 right after I left Steubenville after being there for almost 3 months working on #OpRRR. I had already issued a public apology back then for this matter and people seemed to have forgotten about it altogether until these individuals decided to bring it up again last week. I encourage you to consider my side and why we did what we did before taking any sort of action on this matter. I also encourage you to ask me ANY questions you may have on all of this BEFORE taking any sort of action.

The individuals involved in the latest barrage against me also state that I'm STILL working for the FBI. I can say that this is completely untrue. They are saying this without having a shred of proof to backup that claim. I've never worked for the FBI. It never went past those emails. Do I regret sending the emails? Yes. Am I sorry that the subject of those emails was Deric? Hell no.

Take this how you will. Just remember our reasoning for doing what we did. We noticed somebody that would harm the collective, which he has done by scamming people, including a mother of 3. He lies. Creates these controversies and then famefags to the media about it. Has attacked one of the best lawyers around, Tor Eckland, and stated that the reasoning behind everyone attacking him on twitter is because Tor doesn't come to his defense. Which in all reality, it would be unprofessional for Tor to do so and could shine a bad light on his practice. He claims to be on the brink of homelessness and still scams people for donations, even though he made $4,018.18 in the month of March and $1,430 so far in April. The problem is that he doesn't have the ability to manage money, that's the issue. He blows it all on bullshit. Then when he runs out, he starts famefagging and scamming some more. Remember, all of this he is doing in the name of a rape victim.

Again, take this how you will. It's up to you. I just hope this clears up some of the bullshit. Remember, ask me any questions you may have. I will prefer to answer questions in private as this matter was resolved 2 years ago and don't have time for it in public anymore. Time for those of us actually putting in work to get back to doing so and cut the bullshit.
