- "Mn."
- Her interest within the Dryad had quickly died out faster than what she had expected. Whomever he was had brought an impossible curiosity through her being- the infamous Necromancer making herself known as she ushers forward through the realm. Ice and Sands coalescing with one another underfoot, the travelling bundle of mana and material can be seen. Vajrin is held high above the heads of those that are walking by...With the Kitsune standing tall.
- "Excuse me."
- She murmurs, her hues fluttering within the direction of the two that were within her way. "There is someone that I'm looking for." She adds. One simple hand presses against her hip, her chin lifts slightly. "I need Eiphraem.." For her own reasons. Perhaps, it was due to her connection with Vaj'rin moreso than anything. Or maybe, it was her own curiosity and desires that wanted to push this issue forward. Regardless of that nature..
- "I believe that we've a lot to discuss pertaining to Vaj'rin." However, some things cannot simply be helped now, can they?
- (Cho)
- Zamara steps up because she thinks shes important, because she is!

- Benjamin really just wanted to pass through but decided to just stand behind this fence instead. It was a sturdy fence.

- Hestia Illarian says, "Im off to get wood to reply to this letter."
- Benjamin Atwood says, "Hey Isiah how's it goin'? I have more beer now."
- The sight of Vaj'rin wouldn't go unnoticed.
- The presence of Sarradian was immediately felt, and with his visage floating closer to allow his hues to gaze upon Sarradian's form, there was no mistake- it was him, after all. Joyful, at the fact that he was captured- but unamused, at the fact that he was still alive, Zaruma exclaimed.
- "This is quite a surprise."
- Hearing the word of Eiphraem, however, had put a visible frown on the Archon's face. They were over this already, and Vaj'rin was spared of Zaruma's wrath before; yet, despite the sweet nothings that Eiphraem had said, Vaj'rin still ended up acting against them all.
- Pitiful, really.
- "I see that you managed to catch Vaj'rin."
- "Details aside, Cho. What do you intend to do with him? This man has stood against us despite his claim to work with us, after he was cornered in this very place previously."
- (Zaruma)
- Iosefka snickers audibly. "Somebody's in trooouuubllllle."

- -- Not a word.
- Daring not to speak a single word as he stood in silence at the side of this Archon. Idle hands reaching back to take hold of this blade hung upon his shoulders, curling around the grip of this weapon that radiated constant heat. Crimson irises settled upon but a single man meant to inspire a sense of anger inside of this Knight.
- "... Allied with Ardent, Zaruma." His words escaping in a single snap as body stood just that much taller. Shoulders rolling back as he simply listened to this Archon speak his mind. Where he expected something to be done, actions to be taken there came only questions that needed answered.
- Questions...
- That both Cho and this Sarradian could answer with ease.
- (Lucan)
- Cho knew how to get a man's attention.
- Eiphraem is promptly around- As Olander finishes with his bouts, the serpent, seeing the man floating vastly overhead after a moment of tunnel-vision as he watched the eshorian's magics; It did not last long enough, however, those yellowed eyes locking onto Vaj'rin's form. He utters soft, rumbling "Excuse me"s, a thrumming psionic drone of Please excuse me, I require a path, and a dozen other polite methods of communication.
- His hands are less polite, as he bodily shoves his way throughout most of the crowd, his webbed earfins splayed as he makes his way over towards where the heart of the kitsune witch had taken center stage.
- Unable to get straight to the front and center, at the very least, even behind Zaruma and the dreadguard, she would hear the touch of Eiphraem's brain against her own, like a hand tugging at her sleeve-
- You have my attention, Lady Cho.
- (Eiphraem Kang)

- A moment of silence is offered, her gaze fluttering from the faces of those that were around. It seemed that she had held the spotlight for once, which, of course, was not something that she had enjoyed in particular. The first time that something of this nature had occurred, she was accused of treason based of her little whispers concerning Olander and his resurrection. It made matters- and trust within those that were around strained and thin, so much so, that she had not wanted to appear within this area because of it. But duty and objectives are something that she has learned. And proving her competency is also one thing...
- That needed to be shown as well. However, within this case, it wasn't for Vaj'rin, but instead, for Eiphraem. There were a few things that needed clarification. And there were a few things that needed to be brought to the public. "It depends on the answers that he gives to both Eiphraem and I." She says while nodding briefly. "I do not desire to end his life- but if I've to, then I suppose that I will." No..
- There is something inside of her that did not want to see the light fade from his eyes. He is, indeed, one of the last portions of her past- one of the last faces that tie her to Ardent Cliffs. And while she desires to see the home burned...It does not mean that she wishes to see the youth fade away with it. At heart..
- The woman was always perceived to be soft. Even when impossibly angry at what has occurred. "What do you mean that he 'stood' against you?" She questions, her gaze fluttering in thought. It was actually a detail that she...Had not known. "I merely caught him- I was unaware that he attacked once again." Her gaze flickers to Vaj'rin...Almost uncertain of what he had been doing within his time.
- It was inquisitive at heart, but there was also something deeper than her own curiosities. It was...Shock. After being spared so many times, he would actually risk his life again and again after having the option to go an easier route?
- How...

- The crimson hues trailed back towards Sarradian. There was hatred, disgust even in his eyes. To see him still alive? Unforgivable.
- But to seal the deal, the Archon had to make it known what exactly Vaj'rin is guilty of.
- "This man has betrayed our trust, even after Eiphraem has spared his life, Cho."
- "While traversing across the Black Leviathan territory, the man that is currently in our prison, Jack, decided to disrespect me. That aside, I wished to deal with him personally, to teach a lesson, but--"
- "Instead, I ended up being attacked by Vaj'rin, especially after he made claims that he would capture me, should I lose in combat, while the rest of Black Leviathan circled me."
- "As if that wasn't enough, his brother attacked me promptly after, with a clear intention to kill. Bearing in mind Vaj'rin's words that he would capture me? Ido not think that he would do anything else but kill me as well, considering his brother desired that."
- A pause. The crimson in his eyes glowed- while Zaruma was patient in explaining what's wrong with keeping Vaj'rin alive, there was an obvious hint that he would definitely not tolerate suggestion of keeping him alive.
- No, not a second time.

Lips parting for a moment as that rage in his crimson gaze locked upon this Sarradian once more, all before closing as it came forcibly suppressed for those that stood around.
- Fingers curled around the grip of his blade idly tapping at such as he listened to the words of these Archons surrounding him. Mistakes had clearly been made, mistakes from a sheep that would need to be punished all the very same. His words dropping to a hushed whisper as body leaned closer towards that of Zaruma, all so a grin could move upwards upon his lips.
- "Lord Zaruma..."
- The only words audible enough for those around to hear.

- He's watching.
- Watching Vaj'rin's face, Cho's body language. Trying to gauge what magics were in play, how they were aimed. His eyes do not even glance to the side; He simply listens to Zaruma's words, the earfins angling to catch ever nuance, even as the serpent does no more than hum wordlessly, amidst the buzzing din of noises.

Perhaps, it was because he thought of it as something 'funny'. Or maybe, he simply took great offense to the Archon's presence. Either way, everything that had occurred within the past just makes her pause within place. There is little to refute the situation, for, Vaj'rin was given chances upon chances. But even then, she was not the type to merely allow him to slip from her grasps.
- "I'm aware that he keeps Rilla within his grasp, but-- attacking you at the headquarters of the Black Leviathan seems...More vicious than the usual. She knew that Zaruma was petty in nature, but she didn't think that others, who had promised to not interfere with matters would do such a thing. All in all...

"I understand that he has betrayed you and Eiphraem's trust time and time again- but I am curious.." She says, her gaze drifting off. "In a different way, he is akin to a son to me...Children often make foolish mistakes and it takes losing everything to learn." She adds, bowing slightly.
- "I do not disagree with your notion to kill him- but I do ask...That you allow him to live longer to be used in the war against Ardent. Allow him to bring Rilla in exchange for his life. It was what I was going to do.." But could she trust Vaj'rin?...
- There is heavy, impossible doubt. "The decision is ultimately your own." But still, the conversation needed to happen. But, there is also heartbreak within these moments. If she had not cried time and time again years ago, then perhaps, she would've shattered infront of everyone. But...
- What remains now is a cold woman. One who is terribly calculating within her step.
- (Cho)
- The Archon observed Cho as she spoke, and at her notion to keep him alive, to 'use' him in the war with Ardent - he rolled his eyes, almost groaning out loud at such statement. Whatever it is Cho decided to state, it did not amuse him in the slightest, no- in fact, he was downright rejecting such idea.
- "Again, we're attempting to spare the enemy... why am I not surprised..."
- Rubbing at the bridge of his nose briefly, his brows furrowed; there was a clear distaste to the idea itself, yet the Archon spoke calmly- firm, assertive, but with the voice that carried a certain message.
- He would not consider other options.
- "No. That is remarkably stupid idea to keep him alive."
- "This was already the plan to use him in war against Ardent, Cho. This is exactly the argument that Eiphraem used to keep him alive. This is exactly what he said- that we can use him, that he can be beneficial."
- "He will not turn Rilla over either. He was offered such luxury by me- I already warned him that he would regret it dearly if he would dare attack me like that, and refuse to cooperate with me."
- "Despite his errors of attacking me, despite his brother attacking me, I still offered him cooperation. And yet- he still refused it."
- "Do you really think he will work with us, when that was the previous plan, and he already betrayed us with exactly same argument in mind?"
- He almost sighed out in frustration. How come people even have audacity to consider such option after hearing the story?
- "No. He will not work for us."
- "He already had such chance before. If you honestly have delusional idea that he will not betray us once more at exactly same plan--"
- "Perhaps you're yet to learn the lesson of treachery."
- (Zaruma)
- The blonde-haired Sarradian eyes would finally open, revealing his orange-flaming eye. Widening his eyes the instant he noticed he was so high off of the ground, he soon calms himself before seeing the oblivious matter before him. The small scorches upon his body along with the tattoos stretching across his body were still as painful as when he fell in battle..but he fought through it.
- His eyes scan from individual to individual...It was a bit obscured, but his vision was capable of making out exactly who he was identifying.
- A struggled but clear tone was finally let out by the Sarradian.
- "W-We meet again...Zaruma..."
- Groans and grunts were mixing with his voice due to the incoming pain...He remained his focus specifically on the Archon, somewhat clearing all the others out of his span of attention.
- (Vaj'rin Toryia)
- "It is not sparing the enemy, Lord Zaruma." She says while beginning to briefly nod her head. "There are things that we can do to solidify our place- and threats that we can possibly make in order to get those of Ardent to kneel. Most importantly, it is how you go about moving your chips on the board. If you kill him, Lord Zaruma.." She says while trailing off. "Then you miss out the chance of gathering those at the Black Leviathan as your support. This will only lead to more bloodshed- which I know that you do not mind doing, but others might see it as more than just a simple problem. You give people options.." She says.
- "Yes, there are risks involved with the things that I want to do. But regardless of such things- risks will happen either way. We have a key person that they care for, deeply, Zaruma..And this can work to our advantage." She says, nodding.
- "We don't need him to work for us when we already have him. If he is incompetent for you, then we go to the next best thing...His people." Her gaze narrows considerably, her hands folding behind her back. "I will tell you of the plans myself...I believe it is imperative to get something out of this. And I'm sure that you most certainly can." She says nodding.
- "I've learned the lesson of treachery from Rilla's dealings. I've had my experiences, but I also know that people will do whatever it takes to bring back a person that they love. So much so, that they are willing to turn against others who matter little to them, but a great deal to the lot of us."
- (Cho)
- Zaruma says, "I'm skeptical and inconvinced, regardless. Speak your plan elsewhere, and drag Vaj'rin along."
- Cho says, "We can do this now, actually."
- Cho says, "Come, please."
- The green-cloaked figure remained quiet, and unmoving. But, betraying its silence were still the small amount of green sparks freeing themselves from its frame. It faced the direction of the group, having caught its attention for the time being.
- (Gearshift)
- Cho says, "It is brief."
- Lorthnoldt whispers something.
- Lucan asks, "... Do you wish for me to accompany you, Lord Zaruma?"
- Lucan says, "Incase of..."
- Lucan says, "Incidents."
- Cho says, "I've been here longer than you."
- Brazha Earthcleaver whispers: Zaruma of Gaiar. When you return. I want to speak of this Jack. I will wait.
- Cho says, "There are no 'incidents' to be had."
- Cho says, "I dont need him to go anywhere, but I do need him to step away from you."
- Lucan says, "You wish to spare those who Lord Zaruma who wishes to see dead, that alone is an incident..."
- Isaiah Dawn whispers something.
- Cho says, "You know nothing of my dealings, boy. Please, mind your business."
- Cho says, "I won't say it again. "
- Lucan asks, "Oh?"
- Lucan asks, "What will you do to me?"
- Zaruma says, "Lucan, keep guard of Vaj'rin. He shall not escape."
- Lucan says, "... Very well."
- Zaruma says, "Cho, we will speak of your plans elsewhere."
- Zaruma says, "Follow suit."
- Lorthnoldt whispers something.
- His lips were pursed into a line, gaze hung low. And he seemed disturbed, moreso as Joanne's remark hit him and-
- Words bounced right off, it seemed. He exhaled, mouth agape as words hesitated to come out. But they did, eventually, as the brown-haired menace started pacing west, a hand reaching to gesture at Joanne, beckoning her to follow.
- "We should speak.Leo sounded. He didn't seem too humoured by failing his 'job' - and his tone, and perhaps unsurprisingly so, carried a certain tinge of worry upon every word.
- "-- Elsewhere.", he added.
- (Leo Favero)
- Cho says, "Here is fine, actually. As I said, it is brief."
- Zaruma says, "If you prefer to whisper, then go on."
- Katzan Xizoh whispers something.
- The serpent finally uses his voice, as he slides forwards, arching upwards on his coils to be of a height enough to lean over Tezoxochel's figure.
- And given the nagual was a surprisingly tall six feet with a dash of a final inch, it did NOT give the serpent inconsiderable height. Only letting go of Olander for a moment as he opens his mouth to rest his forearms over the blond gehennan's shoulders.
- (Eiphraem Kang)
- Nara whispers something.
- Nara whispers something.
- Zamara whispers: Is Usiel an enemy then if he attacked Brazha's town?
- Katzan Xizoh whispers something.
- Katzan Xizoh whispers something.
- Katzan Xizoh whispers something.
- Cho whispers: My plan is simple. Killing two birds with one stone.
- Iosefka whispers something.
- Amoxtli whispers something.
- Cho whispers: ...You desire to kill Vaj'rin, so be it...But allow me to be the one to do so.
- Isaiah Dawn whispers something.
- Brazha Earthcleaver whispers something.
- Tezoxochel is... is leaned on?
- (Tezoxochel)
- Eiphraem Kang says, "I see. I would like to hear as well- I do know of Zaruma's... Quarrel with him, but I will attest he has kept himself out of fighting so far."
- Nara whispers something.
- Cho whispers: My desire is that we contact those of the Black Leviathan and tell them of his presence.
- Cho whispers: We give them an ultimatum.
- Katzan Xizoh whispers something.
- Cho whispers: Hand over Rilla or he dies.
- Katzan Xizoh whispers something.
- Isaiah was clearly trying to ignore the conversation of execution up front and center, for one reason or another. Most likely because there was fuck all he could do about it, quite literally.
- (Isaiah Dawn)
- Zamara slowly nods her head.
- (Zamara)
- Cho whispers: Once they hand over Rilla, we end the both of them.
- Katzan Xizoh whispers something.
- Amoxtli whispers something.
- Zaruma whispers: Not going to work. You're not aware of their stance about us, are you?
- Brazha Earthcleaver whispers something.
- Katzan Xizoh whispers something.
- Amoxtli whispers something.
- Amoxtli whispers something.
- Cho whispers: People are desperate for the ones that they love, Lord Zaruma.
- Katzan Xizoh whispers something.
- Cho whispers: And Rilla is a necromancer.
- Zaruma whispers: They already know she's a necromancer. She was exposed. They don't care.
- Amoxtli whispers something.
- Cho says, "< *She quirks an eyebrow, her gaze fluttering back to Vaj'rin...A deep frown appearing on her features* >"
- Cho whispers: How so? Who exposed Rilla?
- Vaj'rin Toryia says, "...Hmp."
- Eiphraem Kang whispers: ... They know.
- Eiphraem Kang whispers: He knew.
- Zaruma whispers: She exposed herself infront of everyone, and I clearly voiced her name- to which she admitted, and held brief conversation with me.
- Cho whispers: ...
- Zaruma whispers: Now, Cho--
- Zaruma whispers: There are things you're clearly not aware about.
- Eiphraem Kang whispers: I can confirm this.
- Cho says, "< *She goes EXTREMELY SILENT* >"
- Eiphraem Kang whispers: Did he lie unto you, Lady Cho?
- Nara whispers something.
- Eiphraem Kang whispers: I know, because I told him everything, of Rilla.
- Eiphraem Kang whispers: And he denied knowing of her.
- Zaruma whispers: First, Black Leviathan members are with Fourfold. In fact, Fourfold rushed to aid Black Leviathan after I left.
- Nara whispers something.
- Zaruma whispers: Second, as soon as they find out Vaj'rin is here, we're going to get raided for his freedom.
- Zaruma whispers: Third, they're ready for each other's death. While they will grieve- they will not give up someone of their own.
- A glance was given towards the back of Katzan's head, then Joanne turned to follow Leo without any further words towards the Chieftain, or even Leo himself, until they got far enough away to speak.
- (Joanne Stiller)
- Zaruma whispers: Fourth, but repeat- they do not care that Rilla is necromancer. They simply /won't/ give her.
- Cho whispers: I..I see.
- Zaruma whispers: This is a horrible plan, Cho. Such games are very likely to backfire.
- Zaruma whispers: I do not wish to play games. I'm tired of them.
- Eiphraem Kang whispers: ... I must add a numerical five, unto Lord Zaruma's concerns.
- Eiphraem Kang whispers: She will run.
- Eiphraem Kang whispers: You know this, I know this. Unless it is immediate, there is no point.
- Eiphraem Kang whispers: She scurries.
- Katzan Xizoh whispers something.
- Cho whispers: I do.
- Iosefka whispers something.
- Eiphraem Kang whispers: I.
- Cho says, "< *Ears flatten atop of her head, she breathes in and then out.* >"
- Zaruma whispers: Why is it that you defend him anyway, Cho?
- Isaiah Dawn whispers something.
- Eiphraem Kang whispers: Do not relish, agreeing with execution.
- Zaruma whispers: What's your personal interest?
- Eiphraem Kang whispers: ... Did he attack you?
- Vaj'rin Toryia says, ". . ."
- Eiphraem Kang whispers: Did he lie to you?
- Iosefka snickers.
- (Iosefka)
- Cho whispers: ...No, he did not lie to me. He said he was tired of this world. Said that he was fighting only to protect those that he loves.
- Iosefka turns to Isaiah.
- (Iosefka)
- Zaruma whispers: A blatant lie. He's a pawn of Ardent.
- Iosefka whispers something.
- Eiphraem Kang whispers: ... I do not think it a lie.
- Zaruma whispers: And has proven himself so too, while he attempted my life four times in a row with his people.
- Zaruma whispers: Eiphraem--
- Cho whispers: My personal reasons are different- I made a promise to his mother- He is...was....Someone who I was supposed to protect. But--
- Eiphraem Kang whispers: I simply do not think it benefits us.
- Eiphraem Kang whispers: His loved ones are not Ardent, but nor are they us.
- Zaruma whispers: Even if he protects his loved ones, that does not stop him from being a pawn to Ardent.
- Lucan whispers: Zaruma... You have nothing to prove. Slaughter should be our only option.
- Zaruma whispers: He attempted my life with his people four times in a row, in a single day.
- Eiphraem Kang whispers: He is not a pawn. He is a double-dealer, if he-
- Isaiah Dawn whispers something.
- Eiphraem Kang whispers: Told Lady Cho, he knew nothing of Rilla.
- Eiphraem Kang whispers: I even told him of her disguise.
- Isaiah Dawn whispers something.
- Eiphraem Kang whispers: Sima had seen it, and described her unto me.
- Zaruma whispers: Then end him, and be done with it.
- Eiphraem Kang whispers: I relayed it faithfully, over three, four years ago.
- Eiphraem Kang whispers: It is under her new name, correct?
- Eiphraem Kang whispers: Hinoka?
- Zaruma whispers: Yes.
- Cho whispers: Yes..
- Zaruma whispers: That's her new identity.
- Eiphraem Kang whispers: He knew.
- Zaruma whispers: Now, do you see why I'm doing this, Cho? Why I can't simply let him go, not anymore?
- Cho whispers: ...I understand, I just didn't know a lot of his dealings.
- Zaruma whispers: Good. Do you intend to end him on your own?
- Cho says, "< *She slowly nods.* >"
- Zaruma whispers: Very well. Proceed now.
- Eiphraem Kang says, "..."
- "Vaj'rin Toryia.."
- She must have seemed like a fool within the eyes of others. Someone who believed within the youth so much so that she was willing to discard both reason and logic for the sake of granting him life. Mercy. She once claimed that it was not a thing easily given to those on Agartha. Mercy. She once begged for it within her times within this realm- pleaded and learned the hard way through toil and blood for the sake of getting where she is now. And even then, she still had a lot to learn. She was still naïve...Still incompetent when it comes to those that she loves.
- But rather than allowing someone like Zaruma to end the life of someone that she had loved, she desired to take the pain herself. It was like a slow drug- something that is numbing to the mind, body, and the spirit. But in any case, her words are different- gentle..
- "I ask that you forgive me for failing you." She starts off with saying, lowing the Toryia to his knees- her gaze incapable of looking him within the eye. "In being your teacher and giving you lessons of life- I've failed in giving you one that is more important." She says, bowing her head. "Within this world, Vaj'rin, you missed something extremely valuable. Yes- while you are to care for your own, you must also stick to your loyalties and things of that nature. If you are to be against us, Vaj'rin, then you are simply to be against us. And if you are with us- then you are supposed to express that within your actions.." She trails off, both hands framing the features of the Sarradian.
- "And I did not teach you that the world is supposed to be black and white. I did not teach you that this middle area is where most danger and death occurs and because of that- I've failed you. Not just as a teacher, not just as a guardian, but as someonewho you looked up to as your mother. For that- I deeply apologize and I wish that I could...That I could take those things back and teach you more. Teach you further." But others had gotten to him before she could. His ties were too strong.
- "I am proud of you, yes? Proud of all the things that you have accomplished- proud that you were able to leave a mark upon this world. Not just physically, but in the hearts of those that you love." She adds, pausing...
- "Vaj'rin Toryia- it is with a heavy heart that I say that you have been sentenced. Your execution is to be immediate for attacking Zaruma, for hiding Rilla, for turning against the people that offered you mercy despite attacking them again and again." She tried to barter for his life and looked ridiculous. Her not knowing many situations made her argument weak- and while she could have pleaded...
- She knew that her plans were not something that would work out.
- "What are your last words, Vaj'rin?" She does not shed a tear, but there is a slight tremble to her touch. It is motherly in essence- weak and gentle, a soft, thin melt.
- "What do you have to say for all those that are around?"
- (Cho)
- As he was lowered to his knees, he didn't fight his fate from occurring..Strangely, he faced such a disastrous scene with a smile present on his face. He knew that this was it but as the man he was, he gladly accepted it.
- "Aye, Ma', We never..got to spend much time together but as of lately, I can say that I got no regrets, ye'? Except for missin' my daughter's wedding probably.
- He released a strange but natural chuckle, it was quite choppy as well, seems as if he was still in a bit of pain.
- The Sarradian eyes shifted towards the rest of the crowd that gathered around him.
- "Betrayal, nah. Besides my immediate family, your land hosts people that I was very close with..Such as my Aunts, Calie 'nd Shiro..The end of such battle and bloodshed was my goal. I ain' did a thing for Ardent's benefit as they are the ones that took fromme, they took much from me but it'll be a waste of breath to speak on 'em as my final words, ye?"
- He cleared his throat quite quickly, he wasn't one for such speeches.
- "I suppose I wish ya' luck on ya' war, One decisive strike should be enough' to finish the lot, that is if they do not destroy themselves in the meantime."
- His eyes returned to Cho.
- "If ya' can, the final thing I ask of ya' to do is to send my family my farewell and love. My three daughters, my wife, my brother along with the Entire Black Leviathan. If they are still searching for reason to fight, use them to your leisure, Ma', they should already know what to do."
- Vaj'rin released a large sigh, seeming to wrap up his talk, strangely though, his eyes fall to the decider of his death, the Grim Reaper, himself, Zaruma.
- " Caught again by simple misunderstandings again, eh? This time I got the shorter end of ya' patience. Between ya' and me, I wasn't gonna' allow my brother to slay ya' or ya' to slay him. As I told you once before, Zaruma, your death will not benefit or entertain me in no way, but ah', we all have our own beliefs. I still thank ya' and the other Archons such as ya'self for the great battles that you've given me. Even though I lost an eye, the thrill of that battle gave me the best feelin' ever, ye'. Even the few battles that I've had with Eiphraem."
- Quite unusual, he ended that in a strange manner but the Sarradian was simply done speaking. Vaj'rin simply nodded his head towards Cho, keeping a smile present on his face before shutting his eyes.
- (Vaj'rin Toryia)
- The Archon was as always stoic; after having lost so many comrades, after having suffered so many betrayals, after his heart, mind and soul were genuinely moved and changed by everything that ever happened to him-
- -This didn't touch him. As Vaj'rin spoke, he knew that infront of him was an enemy, one that they would never avoid a certain confrontation with in the future.
- It could be sad, it could affect other people all around them, but there was little effect upon Zaruma. Not because he does not feel, not at all, no- simply because he knew when certain things had to end.
- And Vaj'rin's life was among them.
- "I can be a generous Lord, Vaj'rin, but it's too late for you to see my generous side."
- "You chose your actions. You chose to spit in my face with utter disrespect and lack of any loyalty to the word you gave to Eiphraem and me."
- "Despite it all, I gave you a chance, to turn over Rilla, and you very well knew why she was sought after. You refused to, and you sealed the deal after attacks made against me."
- One could view Zaruma as a heartless beast of Occult, but could you blame him? He was technocrat, someone who sees the world without any purple-shade lens. Everything was practical for him, and pursue of his own goal was always in his mind.
- And among his goal, the memory of that day was shining through too. The gaze of crimson was glowing bright, almost easily visible to everyone around here.
- -And almost hurtful too, from the sheer presence of Arcane.
- "It's time, Cho."
- (Zaruma)
- The serpent shudders.
- The words hit him like they were made of weapons. He coils about himself; Like shots of electricity, his eyes swivel left to right even as his eyes aim anywhere but the location of the execution. This wasn't a glorious duel brought to a violent if unpleasant end.
- It made the serpent all the more queasy, from the softly muttered words.
- This isn't my place to intervene. Iosefka's words, and their origins, all percolated like half-molten glass in his skull. It might be a bit... Difficult, to stand near the serpent, as the metaphor is an unfortunately literal sensation- Projected nearby about him, like a sudden, poetic headache.
- Why did you lie about her?! The demon's tail, fins folded to a fully serpentine point, slaps lightly against the dirt, before winding powerfully about Olander's leg- Unpleasantly so, like a grip too tight.
- As usual, thedemon's most potent thoughts were, indeed, painfully audible- Letting go of Isaiah and Zenkichi by their previous rebuke, fingers slowly go to the light indents amidst the triage of cartilage that composed his ears- Abating only to hear Zaruma's voice.
- (Eiphraem Kang)
- "It's a part of human life." She says while beginning to wave nothing more than a mere hand- a soft, gentle chuckle spilling past the woman's lips. "We all have regrets- it is a part of human nature. It comes from the mistakes that we've made, or actions that make us seem foolish when we truly have had our best intentions. In any case.." She says, breathing in and then out. "I regret not being able to tell you more." It was another one of those situations that was akin to her failure with Effigy. She had thought that she had done some good by departing, by remaining distant due to her own actions...But she realized that somewhere along the way, because she had not warned him or truly 'bothered' to inform him...She allowed him to fall.
- She recognizes her failures within that degree. But in the end, the woman remains quiet as she begins. "I highly doubt that your people will do anything for the state of Aetherius after your death- not after what happened within the past months. If anything, it will only solidify their want to attack. But I will try.." To atleast, speak sense into those that would dare rise up against them. But in any case, the woman just remains to herself, her gaze drifting to Zaruma before preparing herself.
- "This will not be the last time that I'll see you- I promise it." Simple, no? But even she knows that Sarradians are incapable of being resurrected through natural means. Regardless of that notion- there is an impossible power that thrums within this world..
- "Farewell, Vaj'rin…"
- She pulls him closer, cradling his features within her arms as the presence of death soon sweeps over the lands. It comes within the form of voracious sands- swirling about the two in a sickening, twisted manner. The undead pulse and throb with energy, their markings forcing them to become evanescent within the miniature storm as her incantation rides upon the oasis.
- Sdaulc icelpir iht thgolnas. Gnodnepxi utno iht ssinkred. Iht inoliruhs dirivuc htow thgon. Mows. Yets teulfe. Piid shteirb, tles roe, imucib tsad htow im. Tnecofongosno dne irihwyrivi.
- His soul is embraced, held close towards the necromancer. His leylines and tugged at, mana and life force absorbed by her very proximity. By the time the incanation finishes- there is nothing left of him save for the items that he possessed and the clothes that he wears. There is a glimmer within her sands that whisks away- his presence familiar within her magic. Bringing life anew to the once dead oasis. It is a painless matter, quick and efficient....
- With little other word, she stands alone within the pool of sand and dust. Her gaze averted, hands grasped onto his clothing. Vaj'rin is gone...He has slipped from her grasp and is sent to the very stars themselves.
- There are no further words, just emotion. "I'm sorry." It is steeled within her words...An unfortunate break, but one that had to be done.
- (Cho)
- -- Death.
- The equalizer of all witnessed and brought forwards by the hands of a Necromancer. Sands enveloping this man as he was given his execution in a beautiful fashion, though his mind tugged and nagged at him there came not so much as a single word spoken. Pain, clearly felt from those around for a man that would of seen them dead in the face of war. His crimson irises held but one simple look above all others, disgust that this matter had not been settled sooner.
- "I see." His only words as there came no blood to fall upon these lands, a simple collection of sands being looked upon. Inspected if only for a moment as she promised this would not be his end, this would not be his finale despite his race. Such words, such lies spilled as this Knight turned from this scene so quickly unfolding. Not a glance more given as Zaruma had achieved his peace of mind, forced this act without a second of doubt to deter him.
- Not one more word.
- This matter had been settled, simply looking away now at the side of Zaruma.
- (Lucan)
- The Archon spectated the display of death before his eyes, the shades of crimson still glaring at the direction of Sarradian; those eyes were filled with distaste, excitement, anticipation alike, if all to prepare for Vaj'rin's death.
- At last, it was here.
- There was some degree of satisfaction in his heart of Occult. At last, another of his enemies falls; all things considered, it almost felt like feeding something within, something otherworldly, something that Zaruma had grown accustomed only recent.
- But for now, it was over. His hues shifted away once Sarradian's body became lifeless, if only to exclaim.
- "--Well done."
- The visage of Tempest floated away, no longer intending to stay around.
- (Zaruma)
