- Description: Olivia met the pair online and drove them to the lake. Tate then placed Olivia in a sleeper hold until she stopped moving. He then held her body underwater for 5 minutes, with one knee on her back, and his hands by her head and shoulder area. He then took a piece of apron-type clothing he found on the beach and wrapped it around her neck, before pulling it back until her head and upper body was bent backwards. He then had Cook help him put her body in the trunk of her car. Cook then drove around, before Tate decided to put her body in garbage bags, before dumping it behind some bushes where they figured nobody would find it. Tate then tried to sell her car on Facebook. The pair were caught on camera operating Olivia's vehicle in the days after her death.
