NOTES:

Infernape - Z Solar Beam is for Tapu Fini when it wants to switch into Infernape. The rest is just a normal set.

Weavile - Poison Jab is for Tapu Fini, but only use it when Tapu Fini is at ~40% or lower, otherwise it won't kill unless he isn't a defencive set. Pursuit is for when you're in against Latios and think he's gonna switch out. The rest of this set is normal.

Scizor - This set is for setting up Agility and Baton Passing it to Gardevoir. You should use this when against Latios, since Gardevoir has a good matchup against that. That's also what the Occa Berry is for: it's so Latios doesn't kill Scizor with HP Fire. You could also try it against Gliscor, since Gliscor can't really touch Scizor. Dusknoir, too, if he brings it.

Gardevoir - This Pokemon beats basically his whole team. Keep it alive at all costs. The only thing hindering you is your speed, which is why you have Scizor with Agility + Baton Pass.

Blissey - This Pokemon is just for switching into his specially offencive mons, like Latios, Pidgeot, Heliolisk, and Regice; not really Tapu Fini, because you can't use Toxic on it when Misty Terrain is active. Keep that in mind.

Clawitzer - This Pokemon also beats a lot of his team. It's meant to take a hit or two and OHKO some things. It lives a Life Orb Thunderbolt from Heliolisk and kills it with Aura Sphere, does a lot of damage to Tapu Fini with Sludge Bomb, a lot of damage to Latios with Dark Pulse -- basically, this thing is good for doing lots of damage and then switching out. I would suggest trying to Wish-pass to this thing once or twice with Blissey if it gets decently low on health.
