[23:06] KogasaGaSagasa: After a long and arduous journey within your very own nightmares, you've come to an end. The power of nightmare holds no more hold over you, and everything returns to normal in your life...
[23:06] KogasaGaSagasa: Except it didn't. What you've obtained in the nightmare is grand, from abilities and strengths to treasures and magic items.
[23:08] KogasaGaSagasa: And there's that key; the Right to enter and be part of Dreams, to traverse Plane of Dreams. It's an unknown ability at the start, but as you explore it, it quickly became evident as a limited form of what the Dream Eater Demon was doing all along - creating pockets of faux reality within the realm of dreams. While unlike the Nightmare, you can't bring anything out... There are uses for such. Oh, and also planar travelling similar to Ethereal Plane.
[23:09] KogasaGaSagasa: But that's all an aside. Each of you have woken up in your real life world, and now has to deal with the aftermath of everything. Mostly in joyous ways, I'd imagine.
[23:09] Eon: Esker was planning to take a few decades off.
[23:10] Eon: But err, she doubted her friends could wait that long.
[23:10] Faerie: (So the true power was lucid dreaming all along...)
[23:10] KogasaGaSagasa: Even if you do not explore the world beyond your reach, within a few days, the news of a "brand new plane", in the form of a goblet with an iced cap, surrounded by three beautiful moons, would be discovered by astrologers.(editado)
[23:11] KogasaGaSagasa: And again, that's an aside...
[23:11] KogasaGaSagasa: What did each one of you do, after everything was done?
[23:11] Eon: First order of business, find Alicia and Razmik.
[23:11] KogasaGaSagasa: We'll go around the table, one by one. Taking volunteers to go first.

[23:13] Eon: y-yeah they would just meet up.
[23:14] KogasaGaSagasa: Base on some geography, the lot of you on Faerun decided to meet up on either Silvermoon or the Dalesland. The coast's shitty・anyways.
[23:14] KogasaGaSagasa: After a quick communication, you set out on your journey, and within a week or so, met together in a tavern.
[23:15] KogasaGaSagasa: While not all adventures start in a tavern, it seems that most end in one.
[23:16] KogasaGaSagasa: Ok, to be fair, most of those that gets reported are reported in a tavern, after 4 or 5 beers, with various recounts and validity being questionable. But well... That's the adventuring life.
[23:16] Runic: First point of matter for Lexon is to check on his spear upon waking up, checking to see if it is still under his possession
[23:16] Eon: Adventurers, no?
[23:17] Eon: Esker's there. With a particularly intelligent tabby cat on her shoulder.
[23:17] KogasaGaSagasa: While the Spear of Destiny is still in your possession, it's now seeking its own adventure; It imparts upon you the gift of finishing your own epic, and asks you to find a suitable place to leave it, or perhaps a suitable person.
[23:17] Eon: Yes, her name is Catsker.
[23:18] KogasaGaSagasa: It does warn you against giving it to some random promising kids; They tend to not last long, contrary to popular tales.(editado)
[23:18] Eon: "It's strange to see the both of you in the flesh, huh." Travelling wasn't troublesome for her, at least. Flying is pretty good for overland mobility.

[23:19] Mizuki: Alicia smiles, Azura resting on her shoulder. - "Quite the adventure, huh? It's still strange for me to sleep and not get pulled inside a nightmare to fight some otherwordly beasts." - Admitted the girl.
[23:19] Eon: (oh come now, she's just a sassier Esker)
[23:20] KogasaGaSagasa: Nothing has changed; is the reality a dream, or the dream reality? Either way, the meeting in flesh seems to be the same old as your days in the nightmares.
[23:20] KogasaGaSagasa: Azura nods at Esker and Razmik in greeting.
[23:20] Mizuki: (question: Shadow and Recelle, did they come to the real world?)
[23:21] KogasaGaSagasa: (They are left on Sword of the Avenger, which is currently in Orixian space)

[23:22] Faerie: Razmik walks around, weary. And unarmored, too, for some reason. Relief paints his face as he spots Esker's new hairdo in the distance amongst a crow.
[23:22] Eon: "We'll have to meet up with the rest, anyhow. Whether that be by Astral or Dream planeswalking.. I wonder what happened to everyone else."
[23:22] Eon: "Is Grave happy? What happened to the Cradle?"
[23:23] KogasaGaSagasa: Given the weeks of travel, you would likely be able to get updates on at least Shadow and Recelle's part. The spelljammer's safe and sound, and they are in the process of picking people up across different realms.
[23:23] Bot Fodder: Business as usual continues in Armsdale... almost. For the first time since his father's passing, the guard at the south gate finds himself unable to smile. He's always alert at his post, but now he only feels... awake? The day drags on through a gray mire, and everything is normal enough to be strange. The young soldier doesn't look very happy, for someone who was put forward for Corporal. He probably won't get it, anyway. The Captain was just reading off a list someone gave him this morning... John had never thought this way before. He wasn't the type to ask answerless questions, or ponder nothings before.  It's disquieting, to say the least. He hopes some closure might put his mind at ease...
[23:23] KogasaGaSagasa: Shadow is hooked up to a battery, and fueling the ship himself. It's conveient that he's a warlock.
[23:24] Eon: She wants to see all of it for herself, anyway! She wants to talk to Orixia again in person, anyhow.
[23:24] Faerie: ''In the flesh, you say? That's apt. I forgot how it felt to sleep unencumbered. ...Who else made it? Is Lexon around?''
[23:24] Eon: "Lexon was Faerunian?"
[23:25] KogasaGaSagasa: Given that you are all willing to wait, Recelle'll pick you guys up for an reunion onboard of the Sword of the Avenger.

[23:25] KogasaGaSagasa: ... Which is a couple of days.
[23:25] Bot Fodder: "Hey, everyone," comes a sudden voice from behind the group. Like Razmik's, it sounds a little tired. "Sorry I'm late. And thanks for helping me figure out how to get here, Esker."

[23:27] Bot Fodder: John's in uniform. The difference from the plate he started wearing in the Nightmares is... subtle.
[23:27] Faerie: Razmik punches himself in the shoulder and knocks on their table three times.
[23:27] Eon: "Which leaves.. Lexon. Where was he from, again?"
[23:28] Eon: Despite the fact they were in a tavern, Esker's not drinking.
[23:28] KogasaGaSagasa: ... Spending a few days together and maybe delving a nearby elven ruin while waiting for slowpokes, the lot of you eventually would be there when the Sword of the Avenger arrived. Which is roughly around this time, anyhow.
[23:29] Faerie: (NOTHING STRANGE GOING ON HERE)
[23:29] Mizuki: (Merlin too, I hope!)
[23:29] Eon: Did they get xp for dungeon crawl
[23:29] KogasaGaSagasa: The first person to jump into the agreed-upon tavern is Nephelle, younger than the last you've seen her but older than when you've first met her, running in and giving Razmik a huge hug upon seeing him.
[23:29] Bot Fodder: "Huh? No... I just fell asleep again and then did like you said," John says. He'd taken an extra day or two due to asking questions on the sending stone... or did he? Cross-planar time is fucking weird.
[23:30] KogasaGaSagasa: While Recelle would come after, fairly calmly. Lexon may accompany Recelle.
[23:31] KogasaGaSagasa: "Sorry that it took a while; I had to make a trip to the Infinite Library first for the astral maps. Friday helped a bit." Recelle says, cool as ever, though wearing a small smile.
[23:31] Eon: "Nephelle, girl." Esker nods. Good to see her, and Recelle, too. Wait, where's Shadow?
[23:32] Faerie: It occurs to Razmik that he's less than armed enough to engage Nephelle. That is, he carries no cake.
''Whoa. Hey! I can't tell if you're taller than the first time we saw each other'', he said lifting Neph off the ground to spin her around.
[23:32] Bot Fodder: John beams and waves to the elven arrivals.
[23:32] Eon: "Did the two of you also go on a honeymoon while you were at it?" Esker stiffles a giggle.
[23:32] KogasaGaSagasa: Nephelle laughs merrily, still kid enough to enjoy something like that.
[23:32] Faerie: ''Astral maps? That sounds like a hassle to set up, but you were pretty quick, Recelle!''
[23:32] KogasaGaSagasa: Recelle shrugs."I've mostly strapped him on the battery and tell him to keep concentrating." Recelle jests.
[23:33] Mizuki: Alicia waves at the new people arriving. - "How have you all been doing? It's been just a while, but it already feels like a long time."
[23:33] Runic: Lexon, understanding that the contract he had with the Spear of Destiny has now been fufilled, he carries it with him for now, not wanting to part with it just yet, as well as wanting it to not wait forever to find a new owner capable of wielding it. He slowly makes his way towards his destination his party said to meet, map in hand, spear on his back; among other things he's carrying. "Man, where the hell is Faerun from here..." Lexon mutters, eventually he makes it.
[23:34] Faerie: ''That's honestly kind of messed up, but in a really funny way.'' He then raises his voice, asking for Shadow. ''Are you alright back there, 'fam'?''
[23:34] KogasaGaSagasa: From Recelle's blouse, a cat poked his head out, and shakes around. It's Tot, another familiar "face". "Yo, fam. Shadow's snoring like a pig on board."
[23:34] Eon: "It all ended so suddenly and then we could only talk via Sending Stones for a while, I don't blame you for feeling like that."
[23:35] Bot Fodder: "I'd like to hear what happened after we disappeared, too."
[23:35] KogasaGaSagasa: The demon cat flutters out from Recelle, and stretches... And looked at the cat that Esker is carrying. And mewls softly, crawling back to Recelle's shoulder.
[23:35] Eon: "... She's an actual cat, you know."
[23:35] Eon: "Awakened, but."
[23:36] Faerie: ''Ah...'' Razmik's quick to agree with John. He was left thoroughly spooked that night. ''Yeah, we still need to talk about that as well.''
[23:36] Mizuki: "Wake him up, he should come!" - Said Alicia. That was an important moment, not a time to be sleeping!
[23:36] Runic: After quite some time, meandering around the city, being guided with directions through Sending Stones from the others, he finally reaches them. Cheering up a bit now that his extensive traveling has met his destination, "Holy moly this place is far away" he says tiringly
[23:37] KogasaGaSagasa: "I don't really deal with cats well." Tot licks his paw. "And I don't deal with my Master well, either, when he's snoring like that and flapping around." Tot says with a snarl, evidently less than friendly - as per usual.
[23:37] KogasaGaSagasa: Recelle chuckles and pets Tot a bit. "Well, he was getting dressed, so he'll join us shortly."
[23:38] KogasaGaSagasa: "... Figure that bringing a hellhound, a dragon, and a set of wyverns in a tavern would be problematic." Recelle says.
[23:38] KogasaGaSagasa: "And a Githyanki in a closet. And a zombie." Tot addresses.
[23:38] Eon: "That sounds like the set up to a bad joke."
[23:38] Faerie: ''Seriously? You walked here? Interloper did most of the running for me, and it still took me long enough, ahahaha''
[23:38] Eon: "A really elaborate bad joke."
[23:39] Eon: "I sorta.. flew here. You guys are silly."
[23:39] Eon: ... What, what do you mean most people can't fly?
[23:39] KogasaGaSagasa: "We flew here too." Recelle says, pointly.
[23:39] KogasaGaSagasa: "Y'know. Flew."
[23:40] Bot Fodder: John scratches his head beneath his helmet. "I walked, too... uh, I think? It got kind of... weird." John struggles to remember the details, for some reason. He thinks he remembers a rabbit, or something...? Eh.
[23:40] Runic: "Yeah, everybody passed, including those with a ride, I challenged. See if they were sutible owners for Speary here... most kind of picked up the pace and avoided me." Lexon grumbles
[23:40] Eon: "Whatever happened to the three, err, four (considering Tot), right after the Nightmare ended, anyhow? I just.. woke up."
[23:41] Mizuki: "The last military campaign I was involved in ended some time ago, I've been taking a break of this mercenary work ever since, so I had plenty of time to get here." - Explained Alicia. - "I borrowed a horse from my friends back there, so it was a fine enough trip."
[23:41] Bot Fodder: (Koga halp I'm butchering lore :rainbowpopo: )
[23:41] Faerie: Razmik leans to the side, putting a hand to his head to support it. ''You mean the Sword? That's cheating, you know. I'm guessing you didn't have to worry about brigands in some old road, either?''
[23:41] KogasaGaSagasa: Moments later, the tavern door swings open, and a half-drow wearing a white cloak saunters in, along with... Nirvain? Shadow gives a big grin, and walked over to the table.
[23:41] KogasaGaSagasa: ('s fine)
[23:41] Eon: "Ruin has come to.. wait, what?"
[23:41] Faerie: ''But if this was all like a joke, who's the punchline?''
[23:42] Eon: Esker could have sworn she heard that one somewhere.
[23:42] Eon: Something about Crawling Chaos'.
[23:42] Mizuki: "As if some brigands were trouble for a group who defeated a demon lord on combat." - She laughed poking Raz.
[23:42] KogasaGaSagasa: "Razmik!" Shadow gives Razmik, and everyone else, a hug each. "Fam, it's good to see you."

[23:42] Eon: "Good day, Shadow." Esker nods.

[23:43] KogasaGaSagasa: Nirvain smiles, and gives a small curtsy to the group. "Greetings, heroes."

[23:43] Mizuki: "Shadow!" - Greeted Alicia. - "Nirvain too, how's Augus doing?"

[23:44] KogasaGaSagasa: Nirvain gives a small nod. "Well, well. As in, doing well." Nirvain's eyes glint. "A few months has passed since we last met, by official records, but... The official story isn't the real one, anyhow?" She chuckles.
[23:44] Runic: Lexon waves, "What's up Shadow. Glad to see I'm not the last one to get here." he sighs tiringly, quicking grabbing a waiter's attention and ordering a drink.
[23:45] KogasaGaSagasa: The watress is busy getting everyone's order in line.

[23:47] Faerie: After greeting Shadow, Razmik stops to look around him. Did the place have a lot of people in it? They might be sticking out, otherwise.
[23:47] Mizuki: She takes out a book from her pack and presents it to the others. - "Ever since it ended, I've been taking a look at this dreamthing. I think, despite what we've been told, there's a way to deny the influence of the nightmare, and go back to your daily life." - Said Alicia with a smile. - "Kirie, the princess and everyone. I'm sure they're still around somewhere."
[23:47] KogasaGaSagasa: "It feels a bit strange to me, especially considering I am... Officially a time traveller, I guess?" Recelle thinks. "It's complicated, so I'll explain once everyone's more settled."
[23:47] Eon: :thinking:
[23:47] Bot Fodder: "So, what's the official story, then?" John asks Nirvain, picking up on implications he would never have perceived  before.
[23:48] Eon: "Well, I wonder if it was a concious choice.. Regardless, it's over, anyhow."

[23:49] Runic: "I've got you covered Esker" Lexon says, pulling out a good sizeable bag of coinage

[23:49] KogasaGaSagasa: "The world was it always was, the history flowed and a group of adventurers helped Augus obtain the scepter required to rule the frost giants, and eventually all of Orixia." Nirvain shrugs. "Your names are mentioned in some of the tomes that the librarians are scribing."
[23:49] Eon: That was totally not her plan from the start.
[23:49] KogasaGaSagasa: "The unofficial story..."
[23:49] Faerie: ''Oh, you've been working? How do you people find the time for that, I'll never know. But yeah, listening to anything 'official' on what happened would be very good...''
[23:50] KogasaGaSagasa: Nirvain takes a mug from Recelle's hand, and holds it while speaking. "The unofficial story, one that Augus, I, and the others remember and know, after conversatioin with the land. Oh, by the by, you should give us a visit sometimes, Esker - the land itself seems to be wondering where you are." She takes a sip.
[23:51] Mizuki: "Probably not." - She said turning to Esker, and putting her hair behind her ears. For the first time, it was untied and she wasn't wearing any armor. - "The princess was just a little girl, she probably couldn't do something like that on purpose. I still remember though, her magic... It was completely unstable, maybe it has something to do with that."
[23:51] Bot Fodder: (Orixia has never had someone who talked to her literally every day before, I suppose~)
[23:51] Eon: "Right, I was planning on doing that, like.. literally right after this."
[23:52] Faerie: (Mizu, how cute is Alicia without her ponytail on. Give me a 1-10 scale)

[23:52] Eon: "I wonder how Grave and Sern are doing.." I mean, there were also a lot of other people to wonder about, but!
[23:53] KogasaGaSagasa: "The world, as a result of the failed gambit, ripped itself out of the Far Realms, and spinned out toward a habitable location while it was put on stasis. Time flowed again, and the third moon returned to us somehow. Those who never experienced the tale seems to slowly forget about the events, including the Cradle, though the remnent of the name and the worship continued. We've been trying to stomp it out, so that history doesn't repeat itself."
[23:53] Eon: "Right. That was the only Nightmare that affected the 'real' one directly, because of that.. bet, right?"
[23:53] Mizuki: "So it's completely gone now? The cradle, I mean." - Asked Alicia to confirm.
[23:54] Eon: ... She does wonder about Shar, sometimes.
[23:54] KogasaGaSagasa: Nirvain shrugs. "They remain somewhere in the Far Realms, and will one day return if we are not vigilant. Fortuntely, we have Elerith with us, who keeps an eye out for things."
[23:54] Faerie: ''Indeed. I've wondered long and hard about it, too. The planes are a bit safer today: last they had told me, Graz'zt still hasn't pulled himself back together'', said Razmik smiling ear to ear.
[23:55] KogasaGaSagasa: "If nothing else, we are the first line of defense against Great Old Ones should they threaten the multiverse. And we have the experience in dealing with it, at least." Nirvain chuckles.
[23:55] Eon: "We did give him quite the slap on the face." Not many in her memory could quite claim to have bitch slapped a demon lord, just like that!
[23:55] Eon: "... Speaking of Great Old Ones."
[23:55] Faerie: ''But that's just one a part of it. So many sides involved and we didn't quite understand what was going on until the very end, huh? Very confusing.''
[23:56] Eon: "That one, the one we released." Or so at least, that's what her party tells her.
[23:56] Eon: "It's still out there, somewhere."
[23:56] Faerie: ''Maybe... Nephelle?'' Would the girl know? She and Razmik talked about it, during A Time.
[23:57] Mizuki: Alicia smiles. - "Seems like everything is in good hands then. And that guy, what a sore loser he was. He even threatened to invade Armsdale, I bet he trembles at the mere mention of that city now." - She laughed.
[23:57] KogasaGaSagasa: Nephelle tilts her head. "...?"
[23:57] Eon: "His bravado broke really quickly after Raz did a number on the lotus and then his face."
[23:58] Bot Fodder: "... I wonder if Grave was able to see his moon again," John thinks aloud. The tomb wasn't exactly a normal part of Orixia. Had it moved away from the Far Realm along with the rest?
[23:58] KogasaGaSagasa: "Mmm, Elly said that the issue seems to be fine now, with the source of power given to Graz'zt and then him being destroyed." Nephelle says.
[23:58] Eon: "Oh, and then Lexon.. did.. that." How else could she describe that monumental strike with justice?
[23:58] Eon: ... And then Alicia cast Meteor Swarm. That was a woozy.
[23:58] KogasaGaSagasa: "... There might be trace of it remaining with Graz'zt, just like how there's a trace of Waukeen's power with him after all these years." Recelle suggests.
[23:59] Faerie: ''Our dream devourer is gone, too. That's... no, wait, I got it-''
[23:59] Mizuki: "That moment he was all cocky, showing us his hundred forms and then missed terribly every single strike." - Laughed that girl. - "That was a work of art."
[00:00] Eon: "Did you feel it, though? Like fate twisted at that exact moment.."
[00:00] Faerie: He quickly taps Esker on the shoulder, and shifts from her to Nephelle. ''There's something I wanted to ask the both of you..''
[00:00] Runic: "That?" Lexon thinks back, "Oh yeah, I did get a couple of good stabs on him, plus I kind of did punch the breath out of him" he says finally remembering(editado)

[00:00] KogasaGaSagasa: Nephelle nods. "?"
[00:01] Bot Fodder: John says nothing, looking spaced out for a moment. What he saw and felt back then... to be honest, he hadn't really stopped feeling it.
[00:02] Mizuki: "Oh, and I've been wanting to ask too." - She started. - "What about Illiad? We couldn't even say hello properly."
[00:02] Runic: "Griz'zt could barely even talk back right after landing a fist to his chest" Lexon chuckles
[00:02] Eon: "Yeah, who was that, anyway?"

[00:02] Bot Fodder: "Ah, yeah, that's right!" John snaps out of it. "How did he get there in the first place? Did he disappear when we did?"
[00:02] KogasaGaSagasa: Illiad... "He's..." Recelle shakes his head. "He faded away into light at the end. He left me with... This..."
[00:03] Mizuki: "He helped us out on the nightmare before the one you showed up." - Said Alicia turning to Esker. - "A great man."
[00:03] KogasaGaSagasa: Recelle brings out a set of seemingly ancient manuscripts, of papers and parchments, a collection of tales penned by Illiad himself.
[00:03] Eon: Esker nods. She expected as much.

[00:05] Bot Fodder: John stares down at it, thoughfully. "You know, most of the heroic stories in Armsdale are pretty similar, now that I think about it. Maybe I should start bringing some more from other places. Is it okay if I keep this for a while?"
[00:06] KogasaGaSagasa: Recelle nods. "Well, we've made and left a copy in the Infinite Library."
[00:06] Eon: "Which one? We could likely leg it there." Or use the spelljammer like sensible people..
[00:06] KogasaGaSagasa: "... Sariel was overjoyed. Not so much for seeing us as much as getting a look at the original copy of this, mind you."
[00:06] Mizuki: "So that's what happened, huh." - She said with a sad smile, browsing through some of the manuscripts. She can't really find any words.
[00:07] Mizuki: (Koga, can we say Merlin has been helping Alicia with the researchs? And that she's in this town's library?)
[00:07] Eon: If that first Nightmare really happened..
00:07] KogasaGaSagasa: It's a fairly bloody battle, one unlike the ones that you've experienced in the Nightmare... And yet strikingly similar in places. In the reality, the folks lost, and Illiad died once, during that war between orcs and humans.
[00:08] Eon: What about the second?
[00:08] Faerie: (sorry, had to afk a bit)
Razmik twiddles his thumbs, attentively waiting for a 'go' to ask. He takes out his holy symbol, the miniature metallic sun that had accompanied him for so long, similar in shape to the encrusted symbol on his shield. Razmik rips the string holding it apart, and places the symbol on the table.
''I've been dead once, already. For my brothers back at home... well, for us, death is both and honor and a reward. To sacrifice one's most prized possession... Lathanderites usually find rest in death for a job well done.
But I've been dead already, once. And we've dealt with what needed to be done. So I want your guidance. What do you two think?''
[00:08] KogasaGaSagasa: Illiad returned to life due to an ancient pact formed by morticans, returning to life and beginning his journey as a bard, once Windsmere was lost.
[00:09] Eon: (you're asking because Neph and Esker are clergy, right?)
[00:09] KogasaGaSagasa: Recelle shakes her head. "We can't find any official records on where exactly the Orcus Tragedy occured, though there might be a way we can retrace and find out where Shadow's homeland is. It'll likely be very difficult."
[00:09] KogasaGaSagasa: "That's, well... Me and his long-term goal." Recelle says, looking at Shadow.
[00:10] KogasaGaSagasa: Nephelle... Thinks for a moment.
[00:10] KogasaGaSagasa: "What needed to be done was done, but what's there left to do?" Nephelle asks.
[00:10] Bot Fodder: A wry smile crosses John's lips. " ... 'don't underestmate a mortician.'"(editado)
[00:11] Faerie: (Yeah. Also spirituality memes it's totally because of Guidance)
[00:11] KogasaGaSagasa: "If you still have things to do, isn't that answer enough?" Recelle finishes. "You aren't done yet."
[00:11] KogasaGaSagasa: Shadow plops down on the table. "I just want to take a break...."
[00:12] Eon: Esker tilts her head at Razmik. That was a lot more melodramatic than usual.
"You're alive, and so that is what it is. If you're looking for a job well done, you can do more good while you're still alive, so, why not keep on.. keeping on?"
[00:12] KogasaGaSagasa: "But that's all you do on board!" "Yes, and then feed everything I have right back into the ship! I want a break with no strings attached!" Shadow rolls his head, obviously traumatized for taking like 16 short rests per day.
[00:13] KogasaGaSagasa: Recelle places Tot on Shadow's head. "You aren't done yet either, Shadow."
[00:13] Eon: "Besides, you only have decades to spend on this world, appreciate them."(editado)
[00:13] KogasaGaSagasa: Tot just has a sour look and curls up on Shadow's hair. "I want to take a break as well, to be honest, fam."
[00:13] Eon: "I'm taking a few decades off, at least. Whew."
[00:14] KogasaGaSagasa: "You do even less than I do!" Shadow bickers to Tot.
"So you are admitting that you aren't doing much?" Tot snickers.
[00:14] Mizuki: "The adventure continues, huh?" - Asked Alicia. - "I'm going to continue my research and find out what could have happened to Hime and the others, my plan is to eventually find them all. And about my mercenary life... Guess I'm taking a break, Merlin has been helping me too with my research, complaining on the daily about her lost spells. We've been helping each other with that as well."
[00:14] Bot Fodder: "Haha." John chuckles at Esker's joke. He can picture the look on his supervisor's face if he asked for a decade's worth of vacation days.
[00:14] KogasaGaSagasa: "Hey, trade you a Doomwing for something reliable like Azura." Shadow picks Tot up by the back of his neck and offer the dangling cat demon to Alicia, in jest.
[00:14] Faerie: Razmik smiles, shrinking a bit. ''That's certainly the answer I would have hoped to hear. I thought about it, too, but it felt like I was deluding myself back then. I could keep telling myself that forever, no? And then what? No...''
[00:15] Eon: Esker is completely serious!
[00:15] KogasaGaSagasa: Tot just looks innocently at Alicia and Azura.
[00:15] Eon: "I could Awaken you an animal of your choice.."
[00:15] KogasaGaSagasa: Merlin's been working here and there, happily exploring Faerun...
[00:16] Faerie: Razmik's gaze rises. ''But, really, hearing another person come to the same conclusion makes all the difference in the world. I'll... think about it some more, but you two have my thanks.''
[00:16] KogasaGaSagasa: ... It's obvious that it was her first time in Silvermoon, and in general not very accustomed to Faerun rituals and customs.
[00:16] Mizuki: Alicia pets Tot in response with a smile.
[00:16] Bot Fodder: "She must be pretty happy. Most adventurers whose bodies aren't discovered within a few days never get to come back, after all. I hope Merlin stays out of trouble... Maybe she'll give us her real name next time?"
[00:16] Eon: Esker nods. She did die once before, but she's not really worried about it.
[00:17] KogasaGaSagasa: Tot licks Alicia's finger for a bit before Shadow takes the cat demon back, and hands him to Recelle to hold and pet.
[00:17] Eon: "It's fine. I have.. a lock of her hair."
[00:17] Eon: "And most of everyone's else, come to think of it."
[00:17] KogasaGaSagasa: "Hair golem soon?" Shadow suggests.

[00:21] KogasaGaSagasa: From that suggestion, it seems that Merlin's a good distance away from home. Not that she seems to mind.

00:50] Mizuki: She pushes the blade back to Raz. It wasn't hers, she could never use something like that better than him, her way of fighting is another one. - "After all you two went through together you want to give it to me?" - She asked surprised. - "It's yours, Raz I could never use it as well as you."
[00:51] KogasaGaSagasa: Around Orixia, life is thriving; The land is cold as ever, but the greeting is warm. The half-giant has united the giants, ogres, onis, savages, and other visiters under his iron fist, while the many queens perform the administrative duty of keeping people happy.

A few of the false moon cultists are rooted out, though there are no Cradle pieces to be found. They have all seemingly disappeared from Orixia, even from the common records.

[01:14] KogasaGaSagasa: Shadow eventually visited the grave of his uncle, the grave of his father, recounting his tales of heroics with the group to those who have gone to the land beyond, as well as properly introduce Recelle to the  deceased. Shadow nevet met Shar during this time, though perhaps some times in the future, those two would meet again.
[01:15] Faerie: Razmik'd be able to give [REDACTED] cooking pointers (as in, 'this is the book section I got a whole feat out of'), but alas. He doesn't remember where that was.(editado)

[01:16] KogasaGaSagasa: As for Recelle's side of the story... The ascension of the Ninety-Nine Children of the King Falis was a huge mess, a war that rippled through the kingdom. The land is unrecognizable to Recelle after the three hundred years... But she managed to locate the remnent of the Mother Tree, a spelljammer in the ancient glory days.
[01:16] Faerie: Okay, a bit of morbid curiosity. Did Shadow ever find his own grave?
[01:16] KogasaGaSagasa: Nope!
[01:16] Faerie: Mysterious!
[01:17] KogasaGaSagasa: Nor did Recelle, as the land was war-torn for many, many years.
[01:18] KogasaGaSagasa: The Windsmere region eventually recovered from the orc plight that they had, in part due to the tales that spreaded across the realms near and far. Planar visitors would drop by to see the sight of the Windsmere region once in a while, and keeping the orcs in check. Perhaps if they've chosen the path that they did during the Nightmare much earlier, things would turn out differently for everyone.
[01:19] Faerie: Does the name 'Saul' appear in any records?
[01:19] KogasaGaSagasa: The ruined monastery is... Of strange interest to Esker. The Weatherlight Monastery hosted an elemental shrine, with blessing.
[01:19] KogasaGaSagasa: The blessing is confirmed to have link with Sylph.

[01:20] KogasaGaSagasa: The orcs told of the tale of the Broken-Arrows, but in whispers. Saul... That's not a name that they recall, though the figure similar to Saul does turn up in the tales once or twice.
[01:21] KogasaGaSagasa: There was never any mentions of the drows. Nobody noticed, except Illiad in his story.
[01:21] KogasaGaSagasa: As for the Sylphstick...
[01:21] KogasaGaSagasa: Well, there's not much to react to, though the shrine is active once more for blessing.
[01:21] KogasaGaSagasa: Perhaps one day, the shrine and monastery will be rebuilt.

[01:22] KogasaGaSagasa: For now, though, Recelle is satisfied. She left her people her share the three million gold pieces and various gems.

[01:23] Eon: ... Starry, starry Bluesker.
[01:23] KogasaGaSagasa: The stellar elves, having learned humility, will strive for a future where their arrogance will be a lesson.

[01:23] Bot Fodder: John sighs. After seeing this, he can't rightly say which of the two versions of the story is 'real.' Perhaps both. Perhaps that goes for all the nightmares the group has seen.(editado)

[01:24] KogasaGaSagasa: Eventually, the stellar elves rebuild their civlization, and re-ignites the Mother Tree. Due to the group's familiarity with Orixia, they set up a planar trade route to compete with the Mercane...
[01:24] Eon: "But yes. There's always more to do, and we can't do it all.."
[01:24] Faerie: It may not be much, but Razmik puts, like, 500 more gold pieces to Recelle before she gives her people the cashmoni. ''Interests, they call those? Let's go with that''
[01:24] Mizuki: "I feel you Raz." - Smiled Alicia. - "It feels like we went through so much, and so little at the same time."
[01:24] KogasaGaSagasa: Recelle admit that her advice to her people on this matter was partially out of spite.
[01:25] KogasaGaSagasa: Recelle appreciated that, Razmik.
[01:26] Bot Fodder: John was fine with Recelle taking as much as she wanted. I mean, what's he supposed to do with three million gold?
[01:26] KogasaGaSagasa: After the loose ends are tied, the group start traveling here and there, tying up more loose ends, having adventures here and there, and solving cosmic crisises. The first matter on line is tracking down the Baku, and the archfeys responsible for sending you to the nightmares in the first place.
[01:26] Faerie: ''Sometimes I wonder if we should have let you pull the trigger on them. I certainly don't know how you resisted it''
[01:26] Bot Fodder: "Guys, aren't we forgetting someone, too?"
[01:27] KogasaGaSagasa: ... The Dream Eater, having given away his right to the Nightmare and having the source defeated, returned to an egg. The next Baku from that egg will, hopefully, be one with a happier life.

[01:28] KogasaGaSagasa: ... The archfeys... Some apologized, giving the group praise, hailing them as heroes. Others plotted against the group in spite.
[01:28] Bot Fodder: John recalls the lost king's table in the empty chamber. Did he go free, too?
[01:28] KogasaGaSagasa: That was eventually dealt with, though with no love lost to those archfeys.
[01:29] KogasaGaSagasa: Ah.
[01:29] KogasaGaSagasa: With some time spent, you managed to track down the kingdoms with the name of the King, Rufia the Third.
[01:30] KogasaGaSagasa: It has been a few hundred years. How long has the issues with the Dream Eater Demon been going on?!
[01:30] KogasaGaSagasa: ... Regardless, it has ended.
[01:31] KogasaGaSagasa: There's not much to say about the king; all remains of him is passages in books, and a statue, ironically, of him in the royal museum.
[01:31] Eon: It only has been a few hundred years, Esker shrugs. Still, you have to wonder what would happen if they had failed.
[01:31] Eon: Would more come after them to try again?
[01:32] KogasaGaSagasa: Mhmm. It's likely that the archfeys wouldn't stop trying to throw more "solutions" at the Dream Eater Demon.
[01:32] Bot Fodder: Why did the Archfeys care to solve that problem in the first place, again?
[01:33] KogasaGaSagasa: The Archfeys were threatened by the Dream Eater Demon; His very existence was poison to the Feywild, corrupting the land.
[01:33] Faerie: Razmik looks for any nearby tables near the King's statue, in the museum. This was... what, the fourth time? Fourth time's the charm. Raz activates Divine Sense, preparing his nose for the incoming pain.
He had to see it.
[01:34] KogasaGaSagasa: Where Feywild is of all the emotions taken to the highest of heights, the Dream Eater Demon devour them and turn them to a monotone of fear, passively, by existing. Worst of all, none of them were able to damage him.
[01:34] KogasaGaSagasa: The feys were weakening slowly.
[01:35] KogasaGaSagasa: You detect no sign of anything save for a fiendish cat with you in your party, Razmik.
[01:35] KogasaGaSagasa: Whose always upset that you don't give prior warning.
[01:36] Faerie: Razmik huffs, almost granting himself permission to collapse on the spot.
[01:36] KogasaGaSagasa: The deed is done. No more trapped souls, outsiders, demons, and great old ones.
[01:36] Faerie: ''I'm sorry. You've never smelled sweeter than here and now before, Tot.''
[01:36] KogasaGaSagasa: "I don't smell!"
[01:37] Faerie: It had been done, and they had done it. It tugs at Razmik from the inside.
[01:37] KogasaGaSagasa: Recelle chucles and rubs Tot in just the right spot to placate the impish cat.
[01:37] Mizuki: Alicia smiles, resting her hand on Rakmik's shoulder upon noticing his reaction - "Finally, all done."
[01:37] KogasaGaSagasa: ... Now. After all your adventures, solving planar crisis, meeting dangers and missing your swings yet eventually reaching a happy conclusion... What will you do?
[01:37] KogasaGaSagasa: Settle down? Seek more adventures?
[01:37] Bot Fodder: John takes a shallow breath. "... Huh. That's strange."

[01:44] Eon: Esker.. will say her farewells. She did really mean to take a few decades off, or at least until one of her upstart human friends 'requested' they go on adventures again. A stack of books in her pack, and all the Sending Stones, still with her, after all was said and done, will finally activate the Robe of Stars, and head for the Astral plane, picking a spot where it would be most convenient for her friends planar coordinate wise. Yes. She really did raise a tavern. Out of soil and snow from Orixia with Move Earth. Yes, it's structurally intergral, thanks for asking. You all are always welcome to come, of course.

And then.. she will take a break. Alternating between tending to the what surely must totally be booming traffic of a tavern in the Astral Plane, and visitng Orixia, to both commune with the will of the world and the people she has met there. And so she will continue to do so, until something inevitably pops up again. She had a long life ahead of her, after all.
[01:45] Eon: ... Otherwise, she'll take like, 40 years off before considering anything too adventurous.

[01:47] KogasaGaSagasa: Shadow:
After everything is said and done, Shadow settled down with Recelle, in Orixia. They are more like friends than couples, and have their share of fights, but the demon cat Tot manage to keep things smooth. As the child of a Solar, carrying the holy blood, Shadow gets into many weird situations, and has more than once awkwardly intruded upon an escalating situation, announcing that "SHADOW THE JAGER IS HERE", before Tot apologizing profusely on his behalf. He's something of a planar hero, an endearing idol, that some kids look up to. The accidentally heightened rate of chuuni kids imitating Shadow's mannerism eventually gave rise to a new genre of heroes and main characters. Recelle, of course, is with him whenever he does one of those type of things, bailing him out.
[01:49] Eon: ... Oh, and Esker will plant trees at each planar portal that leads to her friends' planes.
[01:49] Eon: Transport Via Plants makes things convenient.
[01:50] KogasaGaSagasa: Recelle:
Keeping herself cool and collected, she mostly kept Shadow company, true to the vow at the end of being Shadow's. Giving advise to younger stellar elves, now that the civlization as a whole is once again kickstarting back into the Sea of Stars and Astral Travels, Recelle seems happy doing what she does. She visits Alicia frequently, for a spot of tea or alcoholism, dragging Shadow with her. She's done what she set out to do, and she has friends and a new family to show for it. She's happy where she ended up, after all those years of struggle.
[01:53] KogasaGaSagasa: Nephelle:
The group's collective foster child, Nephelle takes care of the group, through illness and happiness, as a cleric and a mascot that never cease to lift everyone's spirit. Her connection to the others around her builds from you adventurers to others that you've helped, and reached out across the multiverse. The figure of an elven maiden, of undiscernable origin, helping the poor, downtrodden, and those in need can be seen in records of the Infinite Library for eons to come.
[01:53] KogasaGaSagasa: ... Also, cakes are delicious.
[01:54] Mizuki: Alicia said goodbye to her old mercenary life, and dedicated herself to magic research, not even Azura could hide her happiness. She studied along Merlin and discovered the location of Hime and the others, paying them a visit and telling their stories, how it all ended. She still wonders to this day how they managed to escape the unescapable nightmare. The girl went back to her old college, and started teaching there. She helped change the age old system where the college got small, apparently gifted children without their prior agreement to learn magic, and, along with Merlin created a place where people would look forward to learn, joining the college at their own will instead of obligation.
[01:54] Mizuki: Of course, from time to time she would visit her old friends, the old party, the mercenary band and even all the folk back in Orixia every festival. Esker's tavern was also a frequent stop for her!(editado)
[01:54] Eon: (Alicia became a sensei :surprisedpopo~1: )
[01:54] Bot Fodder: John Guard, not being a man of many surprises, returns to his hometown. Beyond staying in contact with his former companions, he is never heard of again. However, this is not to say that nothing further happened to the mighty-but-forgettable warrior. In having adventures he was never meant to experience, John's perspective was irreversably changed -- making him the first native in untold millenia to gain such exposure. Change would indeed come to the isolated, cyclic world of "Heroes and Demon Kings", but that is a different story.

[01:56] KogasaGaSagasa: ... The group would eventually meet up with Arisa, whose more than happy that everyone is safe, away from the nightmare - especially Razmik, who she only had a faint recollection of resurrecting. For an outsider like her, a high ranked celestial working with Mielikki, she couldn't remember much of what happened in the Nightmare, but the friendship remained with her. The two wyverns, recognizing her as the one who hatched them while they were in eggs, are also more than happy to see her. Arisa blessed each one of you, noting that she'll keep watching over you all still.

[01:59] Faerie: At the museum, still, being what Razmik considers the closest thing to the demon's stomach.
''Look, look at the dark path your heart has led you to. Look upon your works, the misery you've brought with your scheming: you could have done so much with that power! But it's those dark, tenebrous emotions you've sown that I seek to slay one day. Forgive me it came to this.''

Now then, Razmik. Confirm with thyself that you walk proudly down the path you've envisioned for yourself. You do what is right - that's what matters most, and often the only important thing. I have little else to teach you: Consult this with thyself.
These are Razmik's findings. ''I'm done playing hero like a kid. Virtue is... it's about others, truthfully. Something to be spurred and nurtured in others. I think that, with enough dedication, that spark is something within any man or woman's grasp.''
It matters little to Razmik whether that means working with a ladle or a sword. So he goes forth, choosing both.

[01:59] KogasaGaSagasa: Shar... Is a figure that none of you were able to meet again in person, though Shadow does talk about the occasional meetings with his mother in traumatic recollections. It seems that the servant of the First Light is still out there somewhere, promoting the agenda of the good, and dropping by every once in a while to talk with Recelle in private and chiding Shadow about not conceiving a child fast enough. Eventually he was able to find an owner for Speary, a lone halfling, wishing to relieve his country from the powerfully corrupt - for his family, for his home, and for his country.

Every so often returning back home to check up on the family. Eventually inheriting his uncle's mine, finding it a good time to retire from adventuring and settle down.
