- -If loser was MK, they can only counterpick starters unless they are going to switch characters.
- -If loser was not MK, they may not switch to MK if they counterpick a non-starter.
- -If winner was not MK, they may not switch to MK if loser counterpicks a non-starter.
- -If winner was MK and loser counterpicks a non-starter, the winner does NOT have to switch, basically you cannot force your opponent to change characters.
- -If both players were MK game 1, any stage may be counterpicked after selected bans.
- Gentleman's Rule overrides the MK stage ban clause.
- [2/8/2015 4:31:37 PM] pidgezero_one: so far this ruleset has been met with almost unanimous positive reception, and lots of mid tier mains got their favourite stages back in a way that doesn't buff MK or ICs
- [2/8/2015 4:33:29 PM] pidgezero_one: this is different from the apex 2015 ruleset, which has a smaller stage list, and if you counterpick a non-starter, your opponent DOES have to switch off MK
- [2/8/2015 4:41:07 PM] pidgezero_one: the other 2 rulesets most commonly used are apex 2015 and apex 2014
- [2/8/2015 4:42:33 PM] pidgezero_one: this is the apex 2014 ruleset: http://smashboards.com/rulesets/brawl/
