- Name: Ciaran Maciomhair
- Appearance: Relatively tall, 6 feet in height, noticeable muscle tone but not too much bulk. Average length, raven black hair with deep-set green eyes.
- Personality: A bit of a snide and manipulative asshole. Ciaran doesn't really care much about the good of the people, and is mostly just in it to make a quick buck/gain power. He's always been interested in hunting down and taking fragments for his own personal gain. Tl;Dr somewhat suave but also a dickass pirate.

- Starting location: Brightrock since sinnis there?
- Gear: Two scimitars, a dagger, high collared duster that billows in length behind him, red bandanna (fastened around the arm and beneath the duster unless required). Ciaran's crew got fucked up, hence the lack of guns and other shinies that he'd likely have.
