- The ever shore, a dark cruel piece of land that hides away far from anyone's sight, it would be only the unfortunate that ever stumble upon it. A deceiving name for a place, but rest assured it wasn't a mistake. Whoever spread the rumor of it, of its name knew what they were doing. The evershore isn't a shore at all, it is a wasteland of death and the unfortunate souls who dared to stumble upon it. No one who ever went there had made it back alive, probably due to the dark Igor that resembles the sea shore that many love to visit and cozy up against. A fun day at the beach but not here, it is only rot and sadness, not even any remains are left to morn the ones that perished, only the faded screams if the damned, unsure if they are coming from the darkest that you try to hard to avoid or are they simply in that terrified head of yours wondering into their doom. Calm waters linger in the distance, un disturbed, unbothered by the seasons or the fact that time is ever moving. Nothing disturbs the place, it's quiet, eerily silent, de voided of all sounds, not even the whirling wind can be heard traveling through those lands, like it is trying to avoid it as well, fully aware of the dangers that linger and hide in a place like this. If the wind could travel through it, it would absolutely have carried whatever lingers there to other places, spreading its endless disease across the lands and to whoever may be unfortunate to cross paths with it, it is relentless, it hungers for more no matter what. Seems like nature may be aware of its intentions, trying to keep it contained as much as possible in that small patch of land.
- Silas is aware of evershore, he doesn't know its name but he's aware of its existence. He wishes to never see it again, he's one of the unfortunate souls that saw the horror of that place and lived. Every time he remembers it, he wonders to himself if it would have been bad if it simply had taken him instead. He has to live with the unfortunate trauma and memories of that place, constantly haunting him and making him anxious. He knows he's far away from it, he knows it can never get him but it feels like it is looming over him, like a piece of it has stuck to him and he can never get rid of it now.
- Silas witnessed horrors he can't describe no matter how many times he had tried, the place is so unforgiving, so chaotic and ungodly that to this day he's unsure of what he had saw there. Were there the remains of the unfortunate that haven't made it before? Or was he seeing things due to fear, did that Igor really look like a hand? Did it move? He doesn't know, he will never know. He only knows that he survived something that many definitely didn't, a place that looked so unnatural. Like something trying to pretend to be something else, like it was trying to mimic a nice land but failed miserably that this spawn of hell crawled out inside. A literal blight on this world, if it ever spreads, surely nothing will make it out. The world will be engulfed into its intoxicating darkness and never be seen again. It worries him a lot, especially at night. Does anyone else know about this? Should he ever speak or mention it to anyone? Even if he did, can they really do anything about it? He will never know.
