  1. Susie x Anon: Dating! Start!
  2. (Requested by Anonymous)
  3.
  4. >be Anon, currently standing behind the bleachers near the track yard of your school, waiting for one of your 'friends', who you just recently had the balls to ask on a date.
  5. >Your friend, in this case, being the biggest bully in the school and possibly in the town.
  6.
  7. >"HAHAHAHA!" Susie laughed, one arm in her stomach as she laughed harder than you've ever seen her laugh before, "Aaah… hahah… hoooly shit Anon… h-holy shit… I never took you to be the funny type, but god damn you…"
  8. >When she looked over at you, she noticed how red your face was getting, as well as how you weren't laughing.
  9. >And that glint of hope in your eyes, which was rapidly fading away.
  10. >As soon as she noticed that, her grin faded, quickly replaced by a genuine surprised expression. So much so that you could actually make out those yellow eyes of hers as her hair moved out of the way for a moment.
  11. >"Y… holy shit you're not joking… are you?"
  12.
  13. >And now, here you were, waiting after school for Susie. You followed her instructions as best you could, meeting up exactly where she wanted to, after everyone else had already gone home for the day, and with you and only you being at the location.
  14. >You were honestly a little surprised that she actually said yes. Well, she didn't technically say yes outright and all, but all signs pointed to it.
  15. >Not that you were complaining, of course. Not one bit.
  16. >You were a little nervous though… you haven't really gone out with anyone before.
  17. >To take your mind off such things, you look towards the horizon, but it doesn't help much, seeing as there are some storm clouds heading into town.
  18. >You hope that Susie will be here soon… at least before it starts to rain.
  19. >Then, right on queue, you hear heavy footsteps coming your way.
  20. >This is it.
  21. >Time for your first ever date.
  22. >As you waited patiently against the wall, you see Susie turning the corner, once more looking surprised, then smirking.
  23. >"Heh. I didn't actually expect you to be here. Thought it'd just be a waste of my time." She smirked, walking closer to you and sighing.
  24. >"Well, I'm here. So, what are we gonna do?"
  25. >You ponder for a moment.
  26. >You… actually didn't think you'd get this far.
  27. >As you think, Susie sighs softly and speaks up.
  28. >"Listen nerd, I've… well, never gone on one of these 'date' things before, so don't expect me to pull any fancy romantic schtick or anything like that, alright?"
  29. >You nod, "That's alright… to be honest, I'm probably as clueless as you are. I've never gone on a date either.
  30. >"Heh, well shit. Guess this might not go as you expected then." She shrugged, looking to the side.
  31. >You think for a moment, before looking up at Susie, "How about we just… keep things simple? Nothing fancy or anything, just… maybe go out and get some food?"
  32. >Susie actually smiles at this, if only for a moment, "Hm. If you say so, nerd. Hope you got a fat wallet though." She smirks while you shake your head and smile.
  33. >As the two of you pack up and head out of the school yard, you think about where to go.
  34. >Your first thought was going to QC's Diner, but decided against it. Not because the food was bad, but because it was a common hangout for everyone in school.
  35. >And knowing Susie, you didn't think she'd be down for that
  36. >You suggest that the two of you go to the brand new bbq place that had opened up a few weeks ago
  37. >You see a glint of excitement in Susie's eyes
  38. >"Damn, that actually sounds good right now. I've actually wanted to go there for a while now."
  39. >"Well, today's the day then. I hear it's pretty damn good too." You say as the two of you cross the street.
  40. >"Yeah yeah, don't get all damn foodie on me, nerd. Let's go before those damn storm clouds get here."
  41. >During the walk towards the bbq place, you talk to Susie about a multitude of things, from the things the two of you hated about the current school year, her own personal tastes in music. Albeit she seemed reluctant in most aspects, probably because she was just new to all this
  42. >Eventually, the two of you made it to the bbq place, with Susie sniffing the air for a moment and smiling.
  43. >"God, that smells good… well then let's go, Anon! No sense in waiting out here in the damn cold!" She said, grabbing your hand and making you follow her inside.
  44. >The two of you quickly walked to the counter and you got yourselves a table on the corner of the restaurant, a comfy one beside the windows that had a good view of the town.
  45. >It was only when you asked Susie to let go of your hand to grab your wallet that she realized she was still holding your hand.
  46. >You just couldn't help but smile, and nor could the waitress, who led the two of you to the table.
  47. >After ordering the food you two wanted, with Susie ordering a much bigger and more varied meal, you realized that even though she may have been hesitating at first in talking to you about more personal things, she basically opened up like a book when the food started rolling in
  48. >Talking about friends that the two of you have in common, things the two of you were looking forward to, to the point where she shared a bunch of videos that the two of you laughed over, obnoxious as it may have been to other restaurant goers.
  49. >But that didn't matter.
  50. >What mattered was the great time you and her were having together.
  51. >Eventually, the two of you were absolutely full and had finished laughing when the waitress came by with the check.
  52. >It… was pricey, to say the least.
  53. >But you weren't gonna complain one bit.
  54. >You thought you saw Susie wince just a little bit when she caught sight of the receipt, but again, it didn't matter.
  55. >The two of you walked out, with her stretching and yawning, smiling at you and chuckling
  56. >"Thanks for the food, nerd. Guess you were right, that place really was good."
  57. >"It's no problem, Susie. I'm just glad it was worthwhile for you."
  58. >"Heh…" Susie looked down and to the side, hands in her pockets. She then looked at you, her mouth trying to form the words to say.
  59. >"Anon, I… well… you… ugh."
  60. >"Listen nerd, I… I'm not good with this kinda stuff, alright?" She sighed, putting her head down a bit
  61. >"Guess you could say I've never been uh… treated. Like this. Before… and…"
  62. >"...what I'm trying to say, thanks."
  63. >"For… y'know. This."
  64. >Your heart is absolutely melting at the moment.
  65. >"Well… I did mean what I said. I'm just happy you enjoyed yourself and all. I think you deserve it, you know?"
  66. >She didn't respond, but you could've sworn her blush grew deeper at this.
  67. >"Wanna uh... go on another date tomorrow?" You ask, shrugging a little.
  68. > "...I think I'd like that." Susie smiled softly, looking up at you.
  69. >Then, all of a sudden, you felt something press against your lips
  70. >Before you realize it, Susie had just given you a kiss.
  71. >A very quick one, but a kiss right on your lips.
  72. >She put her fist up to her mouth and cleared her throat, blushing madly as she smiled and looked away
  73. >You couldn't believe it.
  74. >"I'll… see you tomorrow, alright Anon? Take care."
  75. >With that, she walked away, a small smile and a blush still obvious on her face as she out her hands in her pockets and smiled.
  76. >You just stood there, shocked but filled with happiness.
  77. >Financially, this was horrible. You knew Susie could eat and all but… wow.
  78. >But in terms of everything else…?
  79. >You couldn't have asked for a better time with her.
  80. >And needless to say
  81. >You look forward to tomorrow.
