What PBN Really is?
The topic subject may sound crazy. Ask the first person you meet what's PBN and they will tell you that it's a Private Blog Network.

But there's one thing that keeps me frustrated.
...and this one little thing made me write this

PBN means PRIVATE blog network!
Private network belongs to a single owner.
Private network is used by a single owner.
Private network is used for a single website.
So PBN should be private!

If someone sells links from his PBN, that's not a PBN. It's just a group of sites created with single purpose: to milk desperate SEOs.

So let's call a spade a spade: buying from others you just buy blog posts. These aren't PBN. So don't expect them work like PBN!

Only you can build your own PBN, or outsource this process to professionals. These do work.

I totally agree with you. When I see someone selling I always read it as a Public Blog Network instead of Private Blog Network.

If seller is sharing his domains (links) in "Reports", then it's not a PBN (Private Blog Network)

No, I just want help making it clear to others. I'm not selling links from my PBNs. Me and many other sellers on BHW can build an exclusive custom PBN. Which will be private.

LOL, guest posts are free by definition. Guest posts are earned with expert opinion. Anything purchased is just a sponsored post. Just like public blog networks they also work, but results will be different.
Back in the day we used to call it link network. Especially because some properties aren't blogs. You could use wikis, joomla and other platforms that are not blogs to build links.

Call it whatever you want.

Obviously OP is differentiating the product he sells from what others sell. Fine. But sticking to the point of this thread, it doesn't really matter what you call it.

Yes, they can. But incrementing the number of promoted sites has downsides. It all comes down to a number game:

- how many sites are promoted?
- how many sites are in network?
- how many other links those websites have? are those links also intersecting?

For example, if we have website A with 100 links and website B with 120 links.
They already have 40 intersecting links.
Now for example we've got PBN with 30 domains and we put links from this PBN to sites A and B.

What we get:
1. network gets +1 footprint (every site in PBN links to 2 similar sites that are not adobe, google, or any other popular site)
2. these two sites now have 70 intersecting links, now they have much bigger chance to get associated as affiliate websites with negative aftermath

Alternative scenario:
We can build links from 10 sites only to site A, links from 10 sites only to site B and build links from the rest of sites to both A and B.

It will be a shift from risks to safety, from quantity to quality.

When we build PBN just for one site the chances of getting caught are minimal.

And if you run projects in dense niches for years - safety becomes crucial.

Sorry mate but you should learn better approach than that.
To me, a real private blog network is one that is developed from scratch without footprints, for oneself or for one buyer. A PBN seller may have created one or two small public networks to act as samples, but a true PBN should not be a pre-existing entity about which existence is known to a number of clients.

The reason what passes for PBNs are usually shared blogs is that the cost, time and labor involved in making a genuinely private network would be too high to attract enough buyers to run a viable PBN selling operation. The point of selling shared blogs is to provide a more affordable, if second or third rate solution to getting really good links.
That's your game plan? No wonder you only link to one website.

Actually we're constantly testing different approaches and that's the result of our long-term tries and errors. If you have other tactics to advice - let's discuss them :)
