1) The first stage is where an applicant submits his application in this thread.

2) The second stage is where the applicant is in consideration, and said applicant will be notified by PM.

3) The third stage is where an applicant's vocabulary and grammar skills are put to the test. This stage will be conducted by myself and/or one of my Hack Forums editors from my team.[/list]

As much as we try to give everyone [i]carte blanche[/i] in their duties, being a Journalist/Flagger has its own rules and stipulations. The essentials are:

[*]Having a sense of professionalism when writing an article, especially from a third person's point of view.
[*]Knowing how to adjust an article's foundation at critical moments (objective to subjective [and vice versa], etc)
