Metroid Fusion any% theory tas

This is my "Perfect Luck" ANY% theory tas.
This is not a perfect theory tas but its good enough to be honest.

In this theory tas I do the normal any% route but manipulate luck to be in my favor.

I manipulate luck in ways such as pausing and entering doors on certain frames because:

- depending on what frame you enter some rooms changes the enemy placement for that room.
- Pausing to manipulate enemy drops.
- Change boss rng.

This theory tas has tons of better optimizations than my previous theory tas, at least a 2 minute improvement.
