- Two fuzzy thumbs tore away at Dana’s cheeks, the sudden blast of pain stifling her moans. Her feet were clenched together by two firm, painful grips that scooped her off the ground Her jaw began to tear from the amount of force the yellow robot was applying and the revolution of her cheeks around the robots thumb. Dana’s upper jaw was forced further apart, as she was lifted above the assailants’ shoulders. The thumbs exited her mouth, although she would not have realized due to the intense pain she was in.
- She could no longer see the old man anymore, which was to be expected as she was staring at the ceiling. She could only see the darkness surround her body, which was lifted above a grotesque rabbit, which looked like a Pug with a stretched out snout. Her feet were placed between the robot’s ears, and as she looked down, it made eye contact with her and “winked”- at least, as close to a
- With each staggered, lumbering step the animatronic abominations took, the shadows undulated, sending Dana’s stomach reeling. Her observant eyes spotted a light in the ceiling, and focused attention on it.
- A lone bulb swung from the ceiling casting a moon-like glow in the darkness. Dana’s tear-stung eyes tried to focus on it; at which point her heart rate jumped up a hundred beats. She felt as if her heart was going to fall out of her chest. A wave of nausea grabbed her abdomen, and she shut her eyes, tight.
- When she opened them five seconds later, she was met with the same sight of the light-bulb swinging in the darkness, the same distance away from her when she closed them. She stared past it into the darkness, struggling for an answer to this light’s sheer impossibility. The longer Dana looked into the eternal abyss which was the “ceiling”, pulsating violently. In the corner of her eye, she saw the light-bulb descend down towards her, shaking erratically to and fro. Bile rose up from her throat and she shut her eyes once more.
- Shutting out the world around her, the acuity of her hearing increased. Dana heard a voice murmuring, although unintelligibly. The voice stopped, and was followed by a soft click.
- Dreaaam, a voice moaned. A young man’s voice, pleasant and with a lyrical lilt to it. It's playing was aged and crackling; an old song.
- Like a broken record, the song repeated the words as her stomach gurgled. The robots continued walking, carrying Dana over their shoulders like a pallbearer. Dana only wished she was dead, as blood began to fill her mouth. The congestion inside Dana’s throat worsened, and she began to choke. Despite her writhing, the animatronics did not loosen their grips or cease in their unrelenting pace towards.. someplace.
