Shipping can take up 48-72 hours depending on  the volume of orders we have at the time.  We will be dropping packs on random days and we only ship domestic. Once a package is shipped and/or delivered or if a SPECIAL ORDER has been requested and already made ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Helpful tip: educate yourselves on USPS' Rules and Regulation. I guarantee you will find most your answers there. Tracking WILL NOT be provided to protect everyone's safety; however we will be tracking your package while it is in transit.
