  1. There is nothing in this world that is eternal. Plants, animals, people...everything eventually dies. And this day is the fated day in which everything that has ever existed dies.
  2. The gods that watched over us have perished. Their final moments spent trying to protect humanity.
  3. The world itself is tarnished beyond salvation because of our battles. The plant life has been eradicated, the water we drink has become tainted, and the sun that once shined over us has turned dark. And soon, the The End of Times will be upon us.
  4. Despite everything we did...despite those we lost...our destiny didn't change. We alone will witness His rise, and watch as a world of His creation is born from the ashes of ours.
  5. I want to keep fighting. I want to stop that mad god from doing as He pleases. But my body is tired and broken. Even breathing is becoming a daunting task.
  6. “Son of devils, does thou continue to reject my divinity?”
  7. So, He’s finally become aware of me. His imposing form comes into my field of view. Despite it being hard to see, I can still tell that He hasn’t changed since taking the throne.
  8. “Thine life can be spared if thou accepts me into thine heart. The Kingdom of Heaven is willing to pardon thy sins and allow thee to continue living.”
  9. “I’d rather die.” I spat at the deity.
  10. “Then thy wish will be granted.”
  11. “Gyuh—!”
  12. I felt something sharp pierce my chest. Upon opening my eyes, I saw that it was the spear my friend had wielded during the earlier battle against this god. I tried to reach up to try and pull it out, but the god simply shoved it in deeper. The sensation of steel cutting flesh was perhaps the most agonizing thing I had ever felt up to that moment, and the pain only worsened with my attempts at trying to escape.
  13. “How ironic, to be killed by thine ally’s weapon just as thy own weapons killed thine friend.”
  14. “Y-You bastard…!”
  15. He drew the spear out and readied to plunge it straight through my head.
  16. I close my eyes and ready myself for the inevitable.
  17. Hehehe…I know the chances of this are slim, but I still have some hope.
  18. If there is still a god who survived the massacre, please listen to my final wish:
  19. Do not let this future come to pass. No matter what happens… we mustn’t let Him win!
