It would have taken hours for an ordinary human to search the
gargantuan factory. But Superman was neither ordinary nor human.
Concentrating, he focused his powerful senses, listening for the rumble of a
tank, smelling the burned residue of explosives, and staring right through
the building’s walls with his X-ray vision. Within microseconds, he’d
located the criminals in a far corner of the factory. He raced toward them.
