  1. 1. What's your character's name, race, and class(es)?
  2.
  3. Robin, Changeling (Human), Wizard
  4.
  5. 2. What 'role' do you see your character playing in the party? Select as many as apply. Examples: melee combat, ranged combat, sneak, hit-and-run skirmisher, battlefield controller, healer, party 'face' (social interactions), wilderness expert, party 'brains', support, summoner, party buffer, enemy debuffer, area-effect spellcaster.
  6.
  7. Utility and intrigue, making sure to stay away from whatever the Sorc's doing because I don't want to outshine them
  8.
  9. 3. Do you have a multiclass in mind?
  10.
  11. Nah too lazy to want to multiclass
  12.
  13. 4. Why does your character adventure?
  14.
  15. She's sticking with the party because she has an unhealthy desire to be depended on, and plans on engineering situations to make the party depend on her even more
  16.
  17. 5. What's your character's main goal in life?
  18.
  19. Find a significant other
  20.
  21. 6. If your character got to pick any three magic items or other treasures, what would they be? You need not name a specific item, just a general description of its function.
  22.
  23. Ring of Spell Storing, Decanter of Endless Water, Portable Hole
  24.
  25. 7. List - by name, race, and class, at least - three people your character trusts.
  26.
  27. A half-elf named Mikaela who had lost her entire village in an attack by what she claimed was a vampire. She eventually took to illicit activity when she came to Berdusk, having no other choice to survive. Robin befriended her in her current guise, having been in the same line of work. Mikaela ended up accidentally angering a rival Thieves' Guild called the Silent Knights. Being a part of the Shattered Fates, the guild decided the best way to solve the issue without a war starting was to have Mikaela killed. Robin intervened, having falsified Mikaela's death to rise in ranking slightly as well as become Mikaela's benefactor. The two have since moved to Baldur's Gate where both Thieves' Guilds have little influence and Robin can keep Mikaela dependent on her.
  28.
  29. An orcish man named Grum who she's worked alongside with for several years in the smuggling trade. He's recently gotten a lucky break and made a small fortune, which he immediately spent on his own ship to pirate the Sword Coast with. He keeps in touch occasionally with Robin, making use of her services when needed.
  30.
  31. An elven wizard named Fylson Daena who tutored Robin in the arcane arts. He's an eccentric fellow, who was only willing to take on a prodigee after a series of intricate and often-violent trials he put several fledgeling mages through. It was a difficult battle, but Robin eventually managed to come out on top, her crowning moment being the betrayal of a tiefling she had allied alongside with throughout most of the trials to take first place for herself.
  32.
  33. 8. List - by name, race, and class, at least - three people your character distrusts.
  34.
  35. A noblewoman from Hill's Edge whom Robin was in the guise of a man and had a relationship with, her changeling nature was eventually found out and caused a scandal that was kept hush hush till now, but the noblewoman still bears a spiteful hatred over being decieved.
  36.
  37. Her current benefactor and superior, Two-Click Rick, a Gnome known for a doubly-quick trigger finger in the Shattered Fates Thieves' Guild that's responsible for her promotion to her current position. She gained his trust by falsifying Mikaela's death.
  38.
  39. A tiefling woman named Lillyvia Shaxius whom Robin betrayed at the final moment, snatching up the spot for Fylson's prodigee. Robin hasn't ever checked on how she was doing after losing the chance to become a true arcanist, afraid of being attacked by Lillyvia, albeit rightfully so, due to Robin's betrayal.
  40.
  41. 9. Is there a specific type of campaign you'd be especially interested in playing? Select as many as apply, indicate any campaign type you want that's not included, or state 'no preference.' Examples: a wilderness campaign, an urban campaign, a pirates storyline, dragon hunting, fighting the undead, a military campaign, a lengthy dungeon-crawl, adventures in the Underdark, foray into Hell or another plane of existence, Vikings, Oriental adventures.
  42.
  43. Urban, pirates, underdark, other planes, oriental weebventures - I'm fine with dungeon crawls, dragon hunting, and undead as long as the entire campaign doesn't revolve around it
  44.
  45. 10. Would you like the game focused more on: A) Combat B) Storyline C) Character development D) Traps/puzzles. Please list in order of preference.
  46.
  47. Storyline = Combat > Traps/Puzzles > Character Development - Char Dev in of itself should be a result of the previous stuff and takes much longer than all the other things so focusing solely on it instead of letting it just be a byproduct is better imo
  48.
  49. 11. BONUS QUESTION FOR THOSE WITH PREVIOUS D&D EXPERIENCE: What one thing have you always wanted to do in D&D that hasn't happened yet? This can be a monster you want to fight or an in-game event like becoming a king or a werewolf, or something else. Please list something other than 'survive to 20th', as that's the hardest goal for a DM to plan for without cheating.
  50.
  51. I've never gotten to do extraplanar or underdark stuff. I've got a burning love for anything Atropus or Worm That Walks related. Dragons are cool but too well-documented to be 'mysterious', unless you use non chromatic/metallic dragons like the gem/planar dragons.
