- Corporate Intelligence:
- We have an agreement in principle with Abraxas (TrapWire) to provide
- "streaming sitreps" to their clients via their desktop/homepage by the end
- of July. Their clients include Scotland Yard, #10 Downing, the White
- House, and many MNC's. This is big time QSM. This will get us front and
- center to corporations and governments to sell IS. Our consideration is
- introducing them to companies like Wal Mart, Dell and other Fred cronies.
- Fred made the introduction, Patrick figured out the business deal.
- We have also expanded our relationship with Deloitte to start providing
- "some" of their customers with geopolitical intelligence similar to what
- the Eurasia group does with Price Waterhouse. This is in the early stages
- but feels good. Again - QSM working here.
- We also have a couple of opportunities with MNC - LyondellBasell - out of
- their Mexico subsidiary pertaining to Venezuela. One - a $28,000 "easy"
- one and another in the hands of Peter to determine the effort and
- $$$$$$$$$ from me after getting the info. Also out there with
- LyondellBasell is a biggie we priced at $300,000 which is centered around
- Fred's cashing in some chits in Mexico. This has nothing to do with time
- spent - it's all about introductions to the right people which is VALUE to
- LyondellBasell. This is "easy money" and therefore has low probability of
- getting done. LyondellBasell is loosing between $1,500,000 and $5,000,000
- / year on the local Mexicans skimming production from one of their plants
- in Mexico. I'm not counting on this. The company is taking our proposal
- to their Board next week.
- Institutional Sales:
- One of the things we are getting Nate to do is study other's pricing for
- IS. Once we get the dossier we can go head to head (I hope, with Janes
- and Oxford Anaylitica's pricing model. THINK BIG: Check out the pricing
- for OA.

- price! It's the packaging. We have the Quality, we need the Status, and
- deffiently have the Mystic.
