Top/Mid: Sniper Goggles [1], Card with Vanberk (+2 STR, chance for all attacks to crit for a few seconds) or Phylla (+1 DEX, +1 AGI, chance for +20 Crit, tougher card to get/more expensive)
Lower Headgear: Gangster Mask (+5 ATK) [See Hat Maker]

Armor:
Sniping Suit [1] (Crit +6, Crit + (LUK/10), +5 MDEF, -23% After-cast delay)
Dragon Vest [1] (+3 MDEF, Set bonus with Dragon Mant for +5 AGI and+15 Flee)
Choose between one of these, slot with Ancient Mimic Card (Every 18 base LUK, gain 1 AGI)

Bow:
(Overupped) Elven Bow [1] (160 ATK, +2 DEX, +50% Ranged ATK with Elven Arrows. USE THEM.)
(Overupped) Nepenthes Bow [2] (105 ATK, While DSing, small chance to Arrow Repel. TWO SLOTS. Potential here.)
Card with Archer Skele card (+10% ranged damage), Beholder Master (Approximately 10-13m) (+3% ranged damage, +1 aspd on +10 bows, +2 aspd on +14)
Memory of Thanatos card (LOL YOU'RE NEVER GONNA GET THIS) (Icepick in a card, -1 SP per attack, -30 DEF, -30 Flee)

Garment:
Dragon Manteau [1] (+1 AGI, +5 MDEF, Set bonus with Dragon Vest if you choose to use it for +5 AGI and +15 Flee) [Gained from New World questline (Doha's Secret Orders specifically), very annoying and painstaking process, goes for 35m and may be worth selling if you get your hands on a Rider Insignia [1] later.]
Rider Insignia [1] (+2 AGI, Set bonus with Black Leather Boots for +10 Flee)
Card with Bapho Jr. card (+3 AGI, +1 Crit)

Shoes:
(Potentially overupped) Sprint Shoes [1] (+1 AGI, +5% HP Recovery, Set bonus that you don't care about)
(Potentially overupped) Black Leather Boots [1] (+1 AGI, +2 AGI if boots are refined to +9 or +10, Set bonus with Rider Insignia for +10 Flee) (These are very painstaking to get. The only reason you would want it is if it had a slot AND was +9. The potential bonus is large but is a pain in the ass. Also see: Thanatos Odium card.)
Card with Male Thief Bug card (+2 AGI) OR, if you're SUPER BALLSY
Card with Thanatos Odium card [Also very expensive] (-5 AGI, +AGI equal to the refine rate of the carded equipment. This means up to +8 AGI from your boots if you have +10 slotted BLBs. Good luck on that one.)

And finally, Accessories:
Decent starters: ANYTHING WITH AGI, DEX, OR LUK
This means brooches, rosaries, gloves, fuckin whatever. However, into what you should be shooting for.
Linen Glove [1] (+2 AGI, +1 DEX, +1 MDEF, Set bonus with Improved Tights for +5 Perfect Dodge if you really want perfect dodge for some reason)
Ring of Flame Lord [0] (+2 STR, +1 VIT, +15 ATK, +10 Crit [doesn't show on the ring iirc], 10% Fire Resist, Chance to cast a bunch of good skills while attacking [that means check it out on ratemyserver], use this only when you have max/near max aspd.
For the Linen Gloves, card with Kukres (+2 AGI)
