CONSIDERING:
- There are several members who want to know ongoing campaign to poke / join / spectate
- There are several members who want to easily know other member's location to organize a game / PM
- There are several members who want to showcase their gallery / personal works

SUGGESTING:
Member Information / Introduction.

1. SKIP: Personal Information
Not much of personal information is needed (and should not be publicly displayed anyways); extra details can be clarified/requested through Direct Message. So this one is NOT NEEDED.

2. Preferred System
Since now this server support many TRPG.

3. Preferred Playstyle
Self-proclaimed preference.

4. Location
A bit redundant with role, but in case there are some mobile members or do not have enough players in the location, or to ease offline game search but avoiding to be poked. Can be as wide as possible or as narrow as possible.

5. Ongoing Campaign
To list current campaign the member is having on; preferably with details such as system (with mnemonic such as 5E, OL, COC, PF, for shorter list and consistent search), platform (roll20 online, discord online, forum PBP, offline, etc.), duration / expected end when, and most importantly: {Open} if still accepting new players. This is to help members who want to browse on 'ongoing campaign' that might still accepting possible players, so those who are interested to join / spectate can direct message the person to inquire further details.

6. Personal Link
For members to showcase their gallery / collection of blogs / any other external links. Basically showcase / brag part. MUST be a SINGLE short url (use URL shortener if needed) to a SINGLE page (well could be a portal page, but only a single web page per post), and MUST use < > to omit page preview (to avoid screen spam).

7. Last Updated
IMO, Most Important. Life changes, people changes, etc changes, and some member might simply abandon their post. If the post is not updated for a long time, it is a good chance that the information is outdated too. It is to help those who browse to ignore outdated information.


BENEFITS:
- Access to information on member preferences, ongoing campaign, and their links for portfolios/bragshowcase/whatever.
- Members can search {Open} or Commission Page or anything by Discord>Search>"In:[channel name]" "tag", where tag can be campaign status, commission page, location, or even play/system preferences.
- Outdated information can be neglected, thus the Last Updated timestamp is important.
- Admins need a little work to check the formatting and contents only.
- Not every member will post it anyway.

DRAWBACKS/CHALLENGES
- Unfair View. Those who post latest are better exposed. Not every member is willing to scroll up and browse. Fortunately, Discord>Search>Tag could help.
- Admins still need to check a bit routinely, which means extra work for admin. Not every member is willing/have time to help by checking it and reporting to Admins in case of misuse. BUT, with growing sympathy of members, hopefully volunteers will help to check it occasionally; once a week or even once a month is already very helpful to the Admins.
- Not every member will post it anyway.
- Not every post will be updated anyway.
- Not every member has an ongoing campaign.
