  1. Funmon Definition:
  2. A general definition of a "funmon", also referred to as a "shitmon", is a Pokemon that is fully evolved (ex. Delcatty) or has no evolutionary family (ex. Luvdisc), that is generally considered worse or harder to use in-game than other Pokemon for one or likely more of the following reasons:
  3. - Low BST, Base Stat Total (Generally lower than 450)
  4. - Bad stat distribution
  5. - Terrible movepool, and therefore few coverage options
  6. - Useless or unhelpful ability/abilities
  7.
  8. NFE Pokemon
  9. NFE, Not Fully Evolved, Pokemon are by definition not technically funmons (and will therefore not be included in the below list), as they still have the ability to evolve (usually into something that would not be considered a funmon). Despite this, as long as the NFE Pokemon fits the other definitions of a funmon, then it is still in the spirit of a funmon solorun (after all, this is just for fun and is not to be taken super seriously, don't listen to the "No Fun Allowed" shitters)
  10.
  11. Only rule of /fsg/
  12. Have fun! Bond with your funmon! Taking part in optional side-modes are encouraged (contests, musicals, Pokewalker etc) Appreciate the lil guy you've chosen, they're trying their best after all!

  14. List of Funmon
  15. Below I have compiled a list of what would be considered funmons, keep in mind that this list is not final and is subject to change at any time if a good argument for a Pokemon's addition or subtraction is made. List is ordered by BST, to give a general scale of how bad they are, but is not to be taken as a "worst-to-best" list as the other factors for a funmon are also very important. (BST used is Gen 7, so there might be slight inconsistencies, but they are not too major)
  16. Keep in mind that due to there being seven generations and plenty of differences between them there are some games where Pokemon that appear on this list aren't actually as bad due to circumstances like Move Tutors spread throughout the game (Fearow being able to get Drill Run for example), or there being fewer checks and counters to a Pokemon in a certain region compared to the others, but the Pokemon listed below are generally bad in all games/generations (or at least much worse than their peers), and at the end of the day it all comes down to your own judgment
