I was playing heads-up against 'FrogEater83' and he said following in the chat:

FrogEater83: toilet
FrogEater83: brb

It has been more than half an hour after he left. It is a bit off long time for a toilet stuff. Don't you think so?
I am really affraid something could have happened to him and maybe he is feeling sick and nobody around to help him.
And he is just lying there and asking: God, why me??

Make we should call ambulance or something?
But I don't have his phone number and not sure where he lives..
