  1. [00:00] Recording started.
  2. [00:18] Joseph Lock says, "Recording start, Joseph Lock, Head of Security, investigation a case of Malpratice commiteed by one Doctor, Jaden Halliwell, interviewing witness one."
  3. [00:23] Joseph Lock asks, "Can you state your name for the record please?"
  4. [00:27] Faith Windsor says, "Faith Windsor."
  5. [00:47] Joseph Lock says, "Alright Doctor Windsor....start for me when Doctor Songna entered the medbay, what had happened to her, what was being done about it."
  6. [02:22] Faith Windsor says, "When I first saw Doctor Songa, she was being hauled in to the GTR by the paramedic with severe respiratory issues. The chief, Doctor Halliwell scanned her, diagnosing her with pulmonary oedema- a fluid buildup in the lungs."
  7. [04:05] Faith Windsor says, "Before this incident, the chief and I had got into a verbal argument over the uses of dexalin and pulmodeiectionem. He believed dexalin would solidify the fluid buildup and allow it to be exhaled; I believed that was nonsense and you'd require pulmodeiectionem to break down the mucus linings in the esophagus to allow the fluid to be exhaled more easefully. When treating Doctor Songa, Doctor Halliwell stuck with his beliefs, attempting to treat her fluid buildup with dexalin, all while I was trying to prove my point that my drug was the correct one."
  8. [04:46] Faith Windsor says, "After administering my drug and proving my point, he walked off briskly to attend a meeting of some sort, leaving me to treat Doctor Songa with no one else present. To clarify, I'm not a practising doctor, I'm only employed as a biochemist."
  9. [05:28] Joseph Lock says, "Alright...so to put it simply, you asserted that pulmodeiectionem was the appropriate treatment for the injuries, and Doctor Halliwell thought Dexalin was the right course."
  10. [05:49] Faith Windsor says, "After further treatment, Doctor Songa made a full recovery, though throughout the treatment, even while choking on her words, she had strong convictions that Doctor Halliwell had essentially left her to die, or had not given her the correct treatment to aid her."
  11. [05:55] Faith Windsor says, "And yeah, correct."
  12. [06:39] Joseph Lock says, "Doctor Halliwell claimed that he directed you to bring out fluid-breaking drug and that when you brought it out, you proceeded to treat Songna, providing a...and I quote, Demonstration on the merits of Dexalin, administering the..pul...pulmodeiectionem last."
  13. [07:20] Faith Windsor says, "One thing to mention was while arguing with the chief and trying to convince him pulmodeiectionem was the correct drug, he did threaten to suspend me should I persist arguing, even trying to drag me to his office while the patient lay choking on the bed. Not physically dragging."
  14. [07:51] Faith Windsor says, "And yes, there was a very brief demonstration where I administered dexalin, which had no effect but to treat her hypoxia;, then administered pulm. with the desired effect."
  15. [07:57] Joseph Lock says, "He did not state he laid his hands on you, only that he made a threat to your employment for not following through."
  16. [08:29] Faith Windsor says, "No no, that's what I meant to clarify. He never grabbed me, but did ask me to head to the office with him."
  17. [08:51] Joseph Lock says, "I see...just a few clerical things then."
  18. [09:12] Joseph Lock says, "Doctor Halliwell said he used his Hypospray to adminster a mixture of drugs.....Atropine...Epi...and Tri."
  19. [09:22] Joseph Lock says, "Can you assert he did this? And use the full proper names of the drugs listed."
  20. [09:46] Joseph Lock asks, "Miss Windsor? You seem distressed? Is everything alright?"
  21. [10:40] Faith Windsor says, "Mhm! I- yeah. I wouldn't have any idea of the contents of his hypospray, our chief's tend to have their own mixes that they experiment with. The drugs mentioned would be Atropine, Epinephrine and Tricordrazine; all three used to stabilise patients."
  22. [11:11] Joseph Lock says, "Miss Windsor, if you believe you are being coerced...which is an assumption I'm making based on how you're looking at your PDA, I hold no bias, you can report it and it will be corrected."
  23. [11:20] Joseph Lock says, "That much I promise you."
  24. [11:37] Faith Windsor says, "No, it's not that, just more spam that our PDAs are prone to getting."
  25. [11:42] Joseph Lock says, "I see...."
  26. [12:02] Joseph Lock asks, "Well then....the point he left the patient then....is....just after you adminstered the fluid-breaking drug, correct?"
  27. [12:17] Faith Windsor says, "No, seriously. I'm not being coerced. Everything I've said is my own, no one has affected my thoughts."
  28. [12:28] Joseph Lock says, "Very well, just answer my question please."
  29. [12:34] Joseph Lock says, "It's the last one, then you can get back to work."
  30. [12:44] Faith Windsor asks, "What was the question, I missed it?"
  31. [12:53] Joseph Lock says, "The point in which Doctor Halliwell left the patient in your care."
  32. [13:22] Joseph Lock says, "End recording."
  33. [13:24] Recording stopped.
