Veshara's eyes that can shift between two modes, a line-of-sight power disabler and a single target version. Regardless of which mode she uses, she must spend a major action to open her eye.

In area mode, she rolls to contest every power used within her line of sight. However, she must spend a major action every turn to keep her eye open.

In single target mode, she focuses her vision on a single person and contests every use of that person's power. Unlike Area Mode, this only requires a minor action to maintain.
