  4. The goal of our server is to promote a positive, healthy and fair-play driven gaming environment. In order to accomplish this, the following rules are in place for the in-game and forum staff members to ensure the continued quality for players.
  5. The 'Strike System' is a way of controlling our staff. Upon joining, you have zero strikes by default. Breaking specific rules can bring you one to three strikes. If a staff member reaches three strikes, he is automatically kicked from the staff. Therefore, all staff members are expected to follow all the rules posted below.
  6. The Strikes of the staff members shall be accounted by the Lead GM, as well as noted under the 'Officer Note' in the staff guild's tab.

  8. We advise you to check the rules frequently, as they could be changed without any warning.

  10. Remember, a strike can be reverted, but it is not an easy thing to do!

  14. 1. In the Discord staff chat/room you are to be respectful with all the other staff members. Any disputes are to be taken privately.

  18. ---------------------------------------------------GENERAL RULES FOR ALL RANKS---------------------------------------------------------
  19. (Debatable) 1. You are not allowed to be visible at any public place at any time unless you are doing a ticket that requires so, or hosting an event.
  20. Failing to follow this will lead you to an additional strike. (3 strikes equals instant removal)

  22. 2. You are not allowed to use a similar name as your Game Master's name to your regular characters.

  25. 3. You are not allowed to tell players about being a staff member, or revealing your regular characters as a Game Master.

  28. 4. You are not allowed to ask for, or add to your or anyone else's character any item, spell or do alteration that gives the respective an unfair advantage towards other players. Note that exceptional activity might be rewarded by the administration.

  31. 5. You are not allowed to show disrespect or hostility towards any staff member or player, being it in-game, on the forum boards or on Discord, regardless being provoked or not.

  34. 6. You are not allowed to question your superior's actions/orders, as long as it does not break any of the imposed rules.

  40. 8. You are not allowed to discuss Staff related affairs or leak any confidential information with anyone apart from the staff.

  64. 16. Breaking any of the server's severe rules on any of your normal characters will get you removed from the staff, in addition to the usual punishment on your normal account.

  82. Forum Moderator - All the Game Masters are given Forum Moderator rank, and besides them, there shall be dedicated forum moderators.

  84. 1. Always have to read and understand the staff rules and server rules. (Can be changed without notification)
  85. 2. Always check for spam posts or double posts.
  86. 3. Always lock dead topics.
  87. 4. Always deny any player report, staff report, etc. if it does not meet the forum requirements or template.
  88. 5. Always assist players that require help, give feedback to suggestions.

  90. Forum Administrator - Along regular Forum Administrators, all the Server Administrators are given Forum Administrator rank. The rank includes the Forum Moderator duties

  92. 1. Must assist lower ranks.
  93. 2. Shall assist in hiring/removing/promoting/demoting the forum staff.
  94. 3. Monitor the ACP/MCP as frequent as possible to ensure everything works as intended.
  95. 4. Inform the Administration about any forum issues.

  107. 4. Assist higher ranked staff members if required; Whenever unsure, ask for help.

  130. 4. Manage the staff, checking for Staff Reports on the forums.
  131. 5. Enforce staff duties, and make sure all staff members remain professional, also checking for Strikes.
  132. 6. Monitor all staff activity In game, as well as viewing GM logs to check for abuse.

  137. 1. Staff members that were fired due to a reason that includes, but is not limited to: Command abuse, information leaking, exploiting, etc. shall not be hired back with no exception.
