I mentioned this before. You can start the dev team. But I promise you it’s not going to get us anywhere. There needs to be dedicated people to join this team. If your not dedicated the dev team won’t get anywhere.
The main mission of the dev team if it is started
Is to get us to fucking 300 members
We are so small for a dev team.
I feel like I’ve been doing most of the recruits and no one has been as dedicated as I am, not even trying to sound selfish but it’s somewhat the truth. If you really want the developement team to happen there needs to be dedicated people in there so don’t just allow anyone to join.
Make sure they are willing to put in some work.
Moderator staff is so much easier than a development team. They are the ones in charge of making this grow, succeed.

Aight imma be straight up, we shouldnt be as super involved as we are as mods. 90% of the server is comprised of young adults and mature adults that should not have to be babied and have their hands held. It also feels as though we bend the rules to our likings on certain subjects pertaining to certain people when we feel like it either benifits us or is not benificial for someone we dislike. We also have people leaving the server by the looks of it and one reason i believe that is is because the people that invited them that they wanted to continue to play with just arent playing with them. each person has a click they are tending to stick to, sorry to call people out but i honestly dont see tommy playing with many people aside from the leaders a handful of us mods and invictus. I understand the growth and constant popularity tommy will have being the server owner but a fair portion of people i play with since i try to play with most anyone that needs someone to join for duos or squads aside from maybe one or two persons whom i have had a bad how to say occurence with.

Furthermore the whole "war on rapture and invictus" needs to stop both sides just need to chill and get over it. So what if they fake a relationship? so long as josh is ok with it and it doesnt affect josh or sam then who cares? it is their personal life which as ally stated before is personal and should not be taken into the server and constantly fought over. I try to be devils advocate in most situations and ally knowing me in person should be able to attest to that. I believe it was also one of the reasons tommy allowed me to become a moderator.
