NaNoWriMo planning

GOALS:
- write at least 2k words each day, so that way i have up to 5 days to take breaks/edit. ideally, i don't want to have to be rushing to finish it the last day, but i should instead have it done before then.

Mister Wonderful owns a factory and is a cyclops bunnyman guy, very creepy and gives off an aura that he owns a lot. Maybe something with how he has friends in the government, and Powder is ultimately forced to step down, after the two fight.
Powder sees Alisa as her own younger sister, who was killed.
The government wants Powder dead, as she gains more power. They even sent her to Mister Wonderful to try and get her killed by Wonderful. Maybe Wonderful has a title of something like "Hunter Slayer".
Powder goes off to a job in a place that isn't a main province, where she sees a ghost town. Think like "Morioh if Kira just killed even more people". Have Powder think about her past, and try to push it away, so she can focus on her mission. When she eventually has removed all of the thoughts from her mind, got her head cleared, she sees the man that killed everyone she knew. Maybe go into a flashback, or maybe just have the things go on.
The guy who killed Powder's village was a bounty hunter working for the government, and is now being hunted by them. He's a legitimately awful person that hunts down small villages, now, because the government rarely protects them (this was a rare case, maybe a contact of Mister Wonderful sent her there to try and get her to realize she has no power). He probably has a bit of lizard-y influence, and maybe has something with claws, almost like that one glasses man from One Piece and Lust from FMA:B.
Jax becomes a member of the government's bounty hunters, due to the fact he can't ever be killed. He tries to befriend Powder, and maybe he succeeds, or maybe he doesn't.
