- Feel free to rename the account name. I just want to
- a) retain my friends and fb feed. or in lieu, you send me to the data so that i can recreate the account since I skipped the step
- b) reassociate the account with my email myemailaddress@gmail.com and my phone number 98765432 (singapore)

- Hi,
- We've asked you to verify your identify because it looks like you may have multiple accounts or may not be using your authentic identity.
- If you've already tried to log in to Facebook and followed the instructions, but weren't able to verify your identity, please reply to this email and attach an image of your government-issued photo ID to the message. You can use a scanner or take a photo of your ID.
- If you don't have a government-issued photo ID, you can also send us 2 different forms of ID (ex: school ID, credit card) that both show the same name. One of the IDs must also include a photo or date of birth that matches the information on your Facebook profile.
- If you don’t have an ID that shows the name you use in real life and your photo or date of birth, you can provide 2 forms of ID that show the same name and a government ID that includes a date of birth or photo that matches the information on your profile.
- Learn more about the different types of IDs we accept in the Help Center:

- What you submitted
- 18 April
- first of all this fiasco happend because I got checkpointed and immediately
- told to convert the fb personal account into a page. I was not told what
- was to come. eg: i should have been given the opportunity to rename the fb
- to real name, or change email addresses appropiately without all the
- weirdness
- my original FB account was myemailaddress@gmail.com , then i was told to create an
- admin account. so I created an admin account as user id 98765432,
- unfortunately the convert page wizard did not accept non email accounts. so
- i created myemailaddress01@gmail.com as an account and linked that. however, I then
- got checkpointed on myemailaddress01@gmail.com but unable to link the phone from
- 98765432 because its a separate account. so I created the email address
- myemailaddress02@gmail.com and linked it to 98765432, then removed the phone
- number. but I still cannot reassociate the phone number to
- myemailaddress01@gmail.com because of "was recently used to verify another account"
- , also I did not download my personal data for myemailaddress@gmail.com (ie: more
- prompts required on the finality of the step.. ) I assumed there was going
- to be a back button.
- Feel free to rename the account name for myemailaddress@gmail.com. I just want to
- a) retain my friends and fb feed. or in lieu, you send me to the data so
- that i can recreate the account since I skipped the step

- just to be clear, the account myemailaddress@gmail.com is mine and you can send a verification email to see that i reply. you can also request me to send my national id to you from that account.
- in order to make that account fit your real name policy,. by all means rename that account.
- preferably I just need to you do one of the following
- a) decovert my page back to a facebook account (userid myemailaddress@gmail.com,. phone number 98765432) then delete away the rubbish accounts i had to make myemailaddress01@gmail.com and myemailaddress02@gmail.com
- OR
- b) delete myemailaddress@gmail.com, myemailaddress01@gmail.com, myemailaddress02@gmail.com, 98765432 completely so that I can remake a proper account per your real name policy as (myemailaddress@gmail.com 98765432)
