To be completely honest we've decided not to join the coalition. We couldn't find ourselves in everything that was said Sunday and believe the general approach could've been better. On top of that we believe the coalition is way too big.

Rather than staying and breaking any of the rules in the future we'd rather just call it right now. This doesn't mean we won't support Horde world boss kills however, we'll still be defending from Alliance when Horde has tag.

I wasn't there in those conversations so I cannot really guess what your issue was. So do you just plan to scout world bosses yourselves? And help horde but never get loot? I don't think I completely understand what your plan is.
Maybe it should have been Nymis to approach you right now, my understanding was that you guys were on board

Unrealistic views of large scale group teamwork mainly. A smaller coalition with bigger guilds would've fit better.

I don't think we're trying to achieve anything that alliance isn't
Both coalitions will shrink probably in the coming weeks as we see who is actually scouting and actually showing up etc.
At least that's my understanding

What is your issue specifically with having 15-20 guilds? Do you think it's unsecure? Or do you worry about loot?

No we didn't yet.
It's insecure and very susceptible to freeloading. Regarding loot we'd rather have none than have to dedicate resources to what could potentially be 1 piece of propper loot every two months assuming we get every kill.

Right, that's why it will shrink over time. But the alternative is not getting anything done though.
Like, my bottom line is I want to kill WBs, if we can do that consistently with 5 guilds lets go, but we dont know if thats possible

Same, and we'll still be there to help no worries. We just don't think it's fair for us to be in the coalition if we don't agree with what was agreed upon in it.
When there is not enough people online to form even a 40 man raid for example we'll gladly fill up and help ourselves/invite other guilds.
But we don't want to be under the banner of something we don't believe in.

Scouting and showing up probably to a lesser extent. But inviting people from every guild online before engaging, using a loot council for over 20 guilds.

That's what they said in the meeting apparently I wasn't there myself either.
But overall from what I heard it was mostly about some weird loot rules and less about actual tactics on how to defeat them.

Well you know my position, I don't give a fuck about wb loot, just wnat to kill them. If I have to invite 1 member from every guild before we engage for them to come I'm fine with that
But the most important thing is still showing up
It's a process
it will take weeks for it to get smoother and smoother, like pve progression

your raid if you will be getting tag even if you got a full raid comming straight from mc.

But the coalition in its current format is not something we wish to agree to atm to save ourselves the drama that will entail once people do want to make changes to it.

It's also just a fact the current gathering of guilds goes from guilds with 20 people that didn't kill rag yet to guilds that want 3 full raids for massive PvP like yourselves.

Yea, for me personally. I'd be really sad if horde starts splitting because of some bureaucracy. Idk how alliance always agrees on shit with each other more easily
Feels like alliance can just join together and be all WidePeepoHappy like a family, doubt they care a lot about minute details

Like, if you join and say "yea we dislike this and this rule but we're here because horde needs to win", that would be the thing to do imo if i was you
Gotta realize things wont stay always this way, things will change/improve/evolve, but it needs to happen first, and how better to influence the coalition than to be in it instead of shutting yourselves out
and apparently we both werent in the meeting so im not even sure either of us is ocmpletely up to date
on what has been said

Maybe a ruleset will clarify some things. The main reason we decided we didn't want to join is while everybody in the meeting claimed to not care for loot and only want world boss kills most of it was about loot and how to share it.

We want to secure world bosses but don't want to be involved in the loot dramas that seemingly would entail from this. The focus of the meeting is what put us off so to say.
