Amachi Sairi is the sweet and emotional crybaby of drop, and its youngest member. Quick to become overwhelmed by emotion, he cries at the drop of a hat, not only because of sadness or fear, but also because of the things that make him happy or touch him deeply. Thanks to his easy emotional personality, his recordings are some of the best and he easily empathizes with the characters he voices. Due to this, many believe that he will be a prodigy seiyuu in the future.

He adores his older brother Rikka, though their connection as siblings is not made public due to their parents being separated. Because Rikka is terribly afraid of bugs, Sairi takes it upon himself to find out information about them to fend them off. Despite Sairi’s position as the little brother in drop, he looks out for the people around him, such as Hikari (MC) or Azuki, the only student in the game who is younger than he is. Due to his tendency to cry, Sairi is known as a genius at crying: when he's crying, even the other students cannot tell whether it's for real or if it's just an act. He admires those who are not as emotional as he is, such as Rei and Rikka.
