Iris Anticheat Terms of Service

The purchaser of this resource ("you", "yourself", "your") agree to these Terms and Conditions (“terms”) set by the creators and staff ("we", "us", "our") of this resource ("Iris", "this", "copy") on purchase, and you are entitled to these Terms and Conditions as long as your purchase remains in your ownership. You are also entitled to the rules of MC-Market ("this website", "MCM", "them"), and by receiving punishment from them will result in termination of access to Iris but these Terms and Conditions shall remain. The services we provide off this website, including the Iris AntiCheat Discord server (“discord”), where it is moderated and managed by users with the Discord Role “Staff” (“staff”, “staff member”), also apply to these terms

Terms and Conditions:
- You must be over the age of 18 or have permission from a parent/guardian to purchase Iris.
- Re-distrubuting this resource (“leaking”), or sharing with another entity other than yourself is not allowed, and may result in the termination of your copy.
- Ill-comments towards any staff member may result in punishment/limitation of service where we provide support and/or removal of access to your copy. The staff member can decide if your statement is deserving of the punishment given.
- You agree when finding an issue, that you must come to our discord or other places of support. Any other place of support than our discord may not receive a response within 24 hours, and can take much longer to solve your problem. The staff assigned to helping you can decline to provide help if you are considered impolite or hostile.
- Before we provide support, we require you have a Discord Role containing the words “Iris Purchased” or “Kauri Lite”. This is so we can provide you the customer faster and more reliable support. This also is to create an incentive to provide evidence of purchase that we can have readily available in the event you lose your copy.
- If you are terminated from spigot or lose the ability to log-in to your spigot account, you are entitled to a new copy to be placed on another spigot account. You must be able to provide evidence of purchase to receive it. Keep in mind if you ever gave us any information for a discord role that we do keep logs of it.
- Opening a PayPal Dispute (Chargeback) will result in immediate termination of your copy without refund and may result in punishment from Spigot You agree that you will not open a PayPal Dispute related to/for your copy. We encourage you to contact us instead of opening a PayPal Dispute, so we may work out your issues and possibly provide a refund directly, without the use of a PayPal Dispute.
- The method of payment that is used to purchase Fiona by yourself is your own, or is used with permission from whom ever that method of payment’s name is tied to.
- It is considered sharing of your copy when you use your license from one single purchase being used on multiple networks. In the event both of the networks are founded/owned by yourself, then it is not considered sharing.
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without notification or alert.
- Compatibility issues with other Bukkit/Spigot addons (Plugins) are not a reason for a refund, therefore a refund will not be issued.
- Fiona is not able to be used on any other platform than Bukkit or Spigot based solutions.
- Purchasing a copy of Iris does not mean a lifetime guarantee of updates. We reserve the right to deny released updates and/or cease development of Iris at any given time without notice of its forfeiture. This is not a valid cause for a refund or use of PayPal's Dispute system.
