Karmayne //The Lion King grins as Nobunaga makes his apperance. The man felt his presence and instead of being caked in far as the others he would embrace it The former mad man finnaly felt as strong as Winston.. "Hey Im just happy everyone answered my call. We got a lot of stuff to cover."
Rin did exactly as he stated, and moved to prevent Emma from leaving the village, though it seemed she had other ideas than simply walking on out. Soon they'd find themselves zooming through the air, and now Rin had no way to actually stop the female from leaving.

Eventually the pair would end up at Dawn Academy. Things were certain to be interesting from here on out. Rin would make sure to listen and figure out who all was present, though he'd stick close to Emma just in case she tried something stupid.
Ashi, Nimien thinks, Rin? The hell is this? Why is he with Emma?
Ryokugan, Shuuhei kept his hands in his pocket and somewhat glared at Nobunaga after hearing his words. He could tolerate this meeting but he after hearing that he was the Headmaster of Dawn Academy now pissed him off.

Afterwards, he'd scan the area for everyone in attendance. It seemed like Kirigakure was the only village to bring three people and he could also see the changes that happened to Nobuko.
Vanderbilt, Emma enters the facility fashionably late -

In fact, she flies in. Rin seems to be attached to her. Her aura disperses the moment she enters the room, landing safely. She shuffles inwards, standing apart from the figureheads - arms folded below her chest. She stares at them, silent even in her wake. She won't speak unless she's spoken to, such is her role in this meeting.

"The Tsuchikage and Kazekage will take position on the west. The Torikage and Mizukage will be on the east side."

He audibly hears Shuuhei.
Hyuuga, Rikudo walks on up like nobody's business.

Hyuuga, Rikudo is probably doing whatever people think he's reasonably doing.

"The Gezo will be here in a couple of months. Four months, sixteen days."

He pauses then.

Ashi, Nimien thinks, Amusing. But the strength at this table combined doesn't match Nobunaga's own. Is the indication that he alone wouldn't suffice? No...I overestimated. The strength at this table combined might...match what Nobunaga was when he was at the hidden sand. It's likely that, if he's considering the threat serious, he's been developing his strength since then. So whatever he is now..The gezo must be terrifying.
Rin thinks, Great..
Vanderbilt, Emma thinks, Two months, twenty-four days and counting - till Chieko fights Arthur.

"So let me hear what you have to say. Do you desire reparation for the war years ago? And where do you want to steer your villages?"
Ashi, Nimien thinks, I swear Kuroi. Don't fuck this up or i'm telling Trish to call of the wedding.
Hyuuga, Rikudo says, What. You 'bout to try counselling some of these dudes?
ANBU Agent thinks, They aren't here. . .then I should take this off.

He really didnt care of anyone elses opinion as everyone has their own biases, and after Nobunaga healed Konyaku after he was poisioned by one of his creations anything was possible.

Matter of fact when everything was said and done we went right back to being in our golden age so to speak. The youth of my village have become stronger our military as well. The opening of our borders of trade have also helped us remain Financially wealthy for the most part."

He then stops rubbing his chin "As for where my village is heading i mean this with no arrogance or anything of that nature but i see us continuing to be Numero Uno and the back bone of shinobi society I came here today to speak of a few of your shinobi" points at Noburanga " Who have been wandering around and living in my village these last few years.."

Long, Feng thinks, We need a solution... A final solution to the banking families keeping us under their financial thumb.
Ashi, Nimien was not dissapointed, more confused, by Kuroi's answer.

He didn't need to say what he had planned for Kirigakure nor did he want to. If the other Kages wanted to that was up to them.

Ashi, Nimien looks pointedly at Nobunaga. She'd come to hear what -he- had to say. The rest of them could meet at any time without all this lark around it and she'd even seen several of them a few times in the last few months.

It wasn't to pander to his ego. She respected the power the man had ..she disliked and hated him for what he'd done but Respect doesn't just come from admiration.
It also comes from fear.
Long, Feng takes a few moments to turn his focus on himself, rather than trying to keep an attentive eye on the Hakujou elephant in the room. What would he do about the Gezo threat..? If it were really that pressing an issue, he'd likely use it as an excuse for annexation of other minor countries in the mountains... Secure their own resources and assets for Iwa, then see how to handle the situation with that extra strength. Of course, Karmayne likely had some dumbass idea up his sleeve... Then again, he was beginning to prove himself to actually be able to make a good decision on occasion, perhaps that might be true again here?

ANBU Agent glanced around the room, what was the being here for? Protection wasn't something in which was needed in the case of the Nobu's.

Instead his existence more so that of a show; an example of presentation and a demonstration of stature.

There wasn't much else to seek. It was a dark memory. The starved boy, buried beneath the rubble, his parents broken by debris and dust. The family pet..picked clean of flesh as the young man had taken to consuming his childhood companion out of desperation. As much as anything that she'd seen uncovering a hundred scenes like that whilst clearing and subsequently rebuilding Sunagakure stayed with her.

Ashi, Nimien had no reason to respond since Nobunaga was accurate. She didn't much fancy learning from and working alongside him to defeat the Gezo but she wasn't sure she had a choice.
But it'd be pointless if there was no village to defend in the first place.
Much as Kuroi had his faults he had focused well upon undoing the damage of that day but between himself and Iios it'd taken over half a decade. It'd exhausted their funds and left them unable to support buisnesses to promote financial growth and so the populous was scant.
What was the point in protecting empty buildings?
The bandits had compounded the issue but it was simply icing atop the cake. Sealing them in place.

"That would be the logical assertion. . . but I'm sure many of you are wondering where my role comes into all of this."

Rin took a deep breath as Emma spoke. She actually kept her cool and spoke rather professionally about the whole ordeal. It was a relief that her first words to Nobunaga were so civilized and not profane. Still, this meeting had only just begun, and the Hakujou had yet to provide a response.

Kuroi was the only person in this room other than Rin who's safety she was concerned with. It was her belief that the 'Kazekage' felt the same way. That is why they worked together. Because all else paled in comparison to the preservation and restoration of their home and it's people.

It was all well and good opposing the idea of Nobunaga leading them but so far their leaders, Katsumi frequently included, had presented themselves as incompetent.

Rin was about to speak up and inquire about the strange noise Nobunaga had called forth, but it seemed Shuuhei beat him to it. The young swordsman was still concerned about Emma's behavior though. Nobunaga was playing with the minds and feelings of everyone in the room, including Rin's, and he didn't know how the Vanderbilt would react to such games.

The world would judge those who accepted the favor of Nobunaga, and those who did not accept. Each Kage had their face and reputation on the end.

It's this type of distrust and misconstrued relationship that Nobunaga intended to insert through this meeting. Many could not reject his offers of alliance or assistance; others were determined to deny it for the sake of pride. Clashing prides and ideals would cause for distrust to be brewed amongst villages and diplomacy to be hard upon them.

He had no right to run a place that meant what it did to Rin, especially when he was responsible for closing it down in the first place. That'd be a day the boy would never forget.

Ashi, Nimien eyed Kuroi for what seemed like an eternity. For a full second she considered betraying him in the moment and giving into the little girl in her that would rather die than take sides with the violator Nobunaga. Her eyes came to a close of resignation as she dipped her head in agreement with Kuroi absent words and killed that little girl once and for all. A child does not understand sacrifice for gain but an adult hardens to it and over the half decade, despite their disagreements, Kuroi and she were in absolute unison about one thing.
For the village Hidden in the sand's perserverance no price was too steep.

Rin took a few moments to calm himself down to the point he could explain the events prior to Emma's appearance in the war.

"Every year, Dawn and Dusk Academies pit their best students against each other in a tournament. And Dusk did win the tournament, but they also sent an army to attack the students left behind at Dawn Academy. There was a fight at the tournament too, one that was probably started by Dusk, and that's when headmaster Taizen was killed along with a few students."
