As far as waiting, though... I still think at least a few months would be a good idea. I was talking about it with my therapist (showed her the logs, hope you don't mind, she was very excited for me being able to confront it) and she said waiting until we'd been living together a while was probably a good idea to see how we did when we're actually in the same meatspace...
