I'll be happy to transfer it with the scripts but I only have mirc commands, so you'll have to convert it to your irc client of choice.
Of course, there's always the option to wait till the newsflash ownership expires and take it that way, but just thought it'll be faster with a transfer.

Lately i haven't been able to provide a stable 24/7 monitoring of #news, so rather than having you guys continue suffering frequent outages, someone else could surely do better.
